PENERAPAN E-MODUL PRAKTIKUM INSTALASI PENERANGAN LISTRIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA KELAS XI TITL DI SMK NEGERI 2 SURABAYA
APPLICATION OF ELECTRICAL LIGHTING INSTALLATION PRACTICUM E-MODULE TO IMPROVE LEARNING OUTCOMES IN CLASS XI TITL AT SMK NEGERI 2 SURABAYA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepraktisan, keefektivan dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penggunaan e-modul Praktikum Instalasi Penerangan Listrik pada kelas XI TITL di SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya. Novelty atau kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan e-modul praktikum instalasi penerangan listrik sebagai sarana pembelajaran yang baru dan berbasis teknologi informasi. Melalui keterbaruan tersebut, e-modul ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik.
Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Pre-Experimental Design dengan bentuk One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan sampel sejumlah 37 siswa. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini meliputi analisis kepraktisan, efektivitas dan, analisis hasil belajar. Pada tahap analisis dilakukan analisis kebutuhan yang ditujukan kepada sasaran penerapan dan diperoleh nilai pre-test, penerapan dilanjutkan ke tahap desain menyesuaikan media dengan hasil analisis dan dilakukan beberapa uji yaitu uji ahli materi, uji ahli media dan, uji ahli bahasa.
Pada tahap penerapan, hasil angket ahli materi diperoleh nilai 93%, angket ahli media diperoleh nilai 83% dan, hasil angket ahli bahasa diperoleh nilai 81%, dapat diartikan bahwa media praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran setelah melalui proses revisi. Hasil evaluasi perangkat pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa e-modul secara signifikan memperoleh nilai sebesar 91% dikategorikan sangat efektif. Data pre-test dan post-test pengetahuan, keterampilan dan, sikap yang dianalisis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar nol koma nol (0,000) dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat perubahan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa. Melalui hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul praktis dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar.
Through the application of the E-module Electrical Lighting Installation in class XI TITL at SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya, this study aims to determine the effectivity, applicability and learning outcomes of students. The implementation of the e-module practicum for electric lighting installation as a newly developed training tool based on information technology is what makes this research novel. This e-module's improvement helps to enhance students' learning outcomes in the subject of installing electric lights.
A pre-experimental design was used with a study method one-group pretest-posttest design and sample of 37 participants. In this study, data analysis methods including practice analysis, effectivity, and learning outcomes analysis were applied. In the analysis phase, a need assessment centered is performed, and the pre-test score is obtained. The application proceeds to the design phase in order to adapt media that is customized according to the results of the analysis, and several tests are executed, including the material expert test, the media expert test, and the language expert test.
At the implementation phase, the results of the material expert questionnaire were 93%, the media expert questionnaire was 83%, and the linguist questionnaire was 81%, indicating that the media is practical to be used in the learning process post revision. The results of the evaluation of instructional resources indicate that the e-module has a substantial score of 91%, which is classified as very effective. The analyzed pre-test and post-test data on knowledge, abilities, and attitudes had a significance value of zero comma zero (0.000), indicating that there was a significant shift in student learning outcomes. Based on these results, it can be claimed that e-module is practical as well as effective in increasing learning outcomes.
