Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian berbasis kurikulum 2013 spektrum kelas XII OTKP di SMKN Mojoagung. Tujuan pengembangan buku ajar ini yaitu dapat memudahkan peserta didik dalam memahami materi dan termotivasi untuk belajar. Selain itu, penelitian pengembangan tersebut juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan evaluasi dari peserta didik terhadap buku ajar yang telah dikembangkan peneliti. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D dari Thiagarajan yang berupa empat tahap pengembangan yaitu tahap pendefinisian, tahap perancangan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap penyebaran. Namun pada tahap penyebaran tidak dilakukan karena tahap penyebaran dilakukan setelah uji coba dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 20 peserta didik kelas XII Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran 1 di SMK Negeri Mojoagung.
Hasil dari validasi menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor ahli materi sebesar 85,83%, kelayakan bahasa sebesar 90,%, kelayakan kegrafisan sebesar 90,34%. Total keseluruhan kelayakan buku ajar sebesar 88% dengan kriteria interpretasi sangat kuat dapat dinyatakan layak. Uji coba yang dilakukan pada peserta didik menunjukkan hasil rata-rata skor pengembangan buku ajar sebesar 96,25% dengan kriteria interpretasi sangat kuat. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pengembangan buku ajar Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian berbasis kurikulum 2013 spektrum kelas XII OTKP di SMKN Mojoagung dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan buku ajar lebih baik dan dapat menyesuaikan kebutuhan yang ada.

This study aims to develop a 2013 curriculum curriculum for automation based on class XII OTKP in Mojoagung Vocational High School. The purpose of developing this textbook is to make it easier for students to understand the material and be motivated to learn. In addition, the development research also aims to determine the feasibility and evaluation of students of textbooks that have been developed by researchers. The development model used in this development research is referring to the 4D development model of Thiagarajan in the form of four stages of development, namely the defining phase, the design phase, the development stage and the deployment stage. However, the distribution phase was not carried out because the distribution phase was carried out after the trial was carried out. This research was conducted on 20 students of class XII Automation and Office Management 1 at Mojoagung State Vocational School.The results of the validation show that the average score of the material expert is 85.83%, the feasibility of the language is 90%, the feasibility of graphics is 90.34%. The total overall feasibility of textbooks is 88% with very decent criteria. The trials conducted on students showed the results of the average textbook development score of 96.25% with very decent criteria. This study can be concluded that in the development of the 2013 curriculum-based Automation Management Staff textbook the class XII OTKP spectrum in Mojoagung Vocational High School was declared feasible to be used as teaching material. Suggestions for future researchers can develop better textbooks and can adjust existing needs.
