Keutamaan manfaat ASI terhadap bayi dan ibu memberikan konsekuensi pada ibu untuk melakukan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayinya. Banyak faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi, salah satu faktor tersebut karena ibu bekerja di luar rumah. Ruang ASI di perusahaan sangat di perlukan apabila pekerja perempuan kembali bekerja setelah masa istirahat melahirkan habis, sehingga pekerja perempuan tetap dapat memberikan ASI Eksklusif kepada bayinya.
Kewajiban penyediaan ruang ASI di perusahaan tertuang dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 33 Tahun 2012 tentang pemberian air susu ibu eksklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kewajiban penyediaan ruang ASI di perusahaan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 33 Tahun 2012 tentang pemberian air susu ibu eksklusif dan hambatan yang dialami oleh perusahaan dalam menjalankan kewajiban penyediaan ruang ASI di perusahaan.
Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian yuridis empiris. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Lintas Cindo Bersama dan PT Bevos Prima Center. Menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, dan observasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bagaimana Implementasi kewajiban penyediaan ruang ASI di PT Lintas Cindo Bersama dan PT Bevos Prima Center berdasarkan indikator keberhasilan implementasi yaitu sumber daya, sikap para pelaksana dan komunikasi tidak terpenuhi.
Tidak tersedianya ruang ASI di PT Lintas Cindo Bersama dan PT Bevos Prima Center karena adanya hambatan dari internal perusahaan maupun eksternal perusahaan. Hambatan internal yang berasal dari perusahaan yaitu biaya dan ketidaktahuan terkait aturan yang mewajibkan perusahaan menyediakan ruang ASI, Sedangkan hambatan eksternal yang berasal dari luar lingkup perusahaan yaitu pekerja perempuan yang tidak memanfaatkan kesempatan untuk memberikan ASI di perusahaan dan tidak ada pembinaan dari Dinas-Dinas Terkait.

The importance of breastfeeding benefits for babies and mothers give the consequences for mothers to breastfeed their babies routinely or can be called exclusive breastfeeding. Many factors that become obstacles in the implementation of exclusive breastfeeding for babies, one of these factors is because mothers work outside the house and cause mother stay away from her baby. ASI space in the company is very necessary when female workers return to work after the childbirth period has run out, so that the female workers can still give exclusive ASI to their babies. The obligation to provide ASI space in companies is stated in the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 33 of 2012 concerning on Exclusive Breastfeeding.
Private companies in the city of Surabaya, called PT Lintas Cindo Bersama based on the data obtained by female workers becoming the most workers while PT Bevos Prima Center based on the data obtained by male workers became the most workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the obligation to provide ASI space in companies based on the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 33 of 2012 concerning on Exclusive Breast Milk and to analyze the obstacles experienced by PT Lintas Cindo Bersama and PT Bevos Prima Center in carrying out the obligation to provide breast milk space in company.
This type of research was empirical research design. This research was conducted at PT Lintas Cindo Bersama and PT Bevos Prima Center. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The techniques of collecting data are interview and observation. The informants of this study were HRD of PT Lintas Cindo Bersama, Director of PT Bevos Prima Center, female workers at PT Lintas Cindo Bersama and female workers at PT Bevos Prima Center. The technique of data analyzing was descriptive analytical with a qualitative approach.
From the results of this study it can be concluded that the implementation of the obligation to provide ASI space in PT Lintas Cindo Bersama and PT Bevos Prima Center has not been fulfilled. The unavailability of ASI Space in PT Lintas Cindo Bersama and PT Bevos Prima Center is due to obstacles both internal barriers and external barriers. Internal barriers are caused by the absence of costs, while external barriers do not have guidance from related agencies and lack of awareness of women workers themselves.
