DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PjBL) BASED LAPD TO IMPROVE CREATIVE THINKING SKILLS OF STUDENTS ON CHEMICAL BOND MATERIALS
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi kuranggnya keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan Lembar Aktivitas Peserta Didik (LAPD) berbasis project based learning (PjBL) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada materi ikatan kimia. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 31 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA di SMAS Barunawati Surabaya. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan LAPD berbasis project based learning (PjBL) adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Development, dan Dissemination) namun dibatasi hanya sampai tahap Develop. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari lembar validasi media, angket respon peserta didik, hasil observasi aktivitas peserta didik, hasil observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif serta tes hasil belajar. Data validitas dianalisis menggunakan modus, data kepraktisan dianalisis menggunakan modus dan data keefektifan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dianalisis menggunakan uji paired t-test dan uji N-gain serta hasil belajar dianalisis menggunakan uji N-gain. Hasil peneltian adalah LAPD berbasis PjBL untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif pada materi ikatan kimia. Produk telah dinyatakan valid berdasarkan validitas isi dan validitas konstruk oleh ketiga validator dan produk dinyatakan praktis dengan hasil angket respon positif, hasil observasi aktivitas peserta didik sangat baik, dan hasil keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sangat baik, efektif berdasarkan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar ranah kognitif. Media ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran kimia untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Jadi dari hasil diatas, disimpulkan bahwa LAPD berbasis project based learning untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada materi ikatan kimia memenuhi kualitas bahan ajar yang valid, praktis, dan efektif.
This research was conducted to overcome the lack of creative thinking skills of students. The purpose of the research is to develop a project based learning (PjBL) based Learner Activity Sheet (LAPD) to improve the creative thinking skills of learners on chemical bonding material. The sample used was 31 students of class XI MIPA at SMAS Barunawati Surabaya. The research methodology used in developing project-based learning (PjBL) based LAis development research with the 4D model (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination) but is limited only to the Develop stage. The research instrument consists of a media validation sheet, a learner response questionnaire, learner activity observation results, learning implementation observation results, creative thinking skills tests and learning outcomes tests. The results of the research are PjBL-based LAPD to improve creative thinking skills on chemical bonding material. The product has been declared valid based on content validity and construct validity by the three validators and the product is declared practical with the results of a positive response questionnaire, the results of observation of student activity are very good, and the results of learning implementation are very good, effective based on improving creative thinking skills and cognitive domain learning outcomes. This media is expected to be an alternative chemistry learning media to train creative thinking skills and improve student learning outcomes. So from the above results, it is concluded that LAPD based on project-based learning to improve students' creative thinking skills on chemical bonding material meets the quality of teaching materials that are valid, practical, and effective.
