Pendidikan inklusif bertujuan untuk mengakomodasi keberagaman peserta didik, termasuk mereka dengan kebutuhan khusus. Namun, tantangan dalam implementasinya masih banyak ditemukan, terutama dalam supervisi akademik yang belum sepenuhnya mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, menguji kelayakan, dan mengevaluasi efektivitas model supervisi akademik pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah inklusi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan pendekatan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, angket, dan penilaian dokumen di dua sekolah menengah atas penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif di Sidoarjo. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi pedoman wawancara, lembar angket, dan lembar validasi. Teknik analisis data berupa deskripsi kualitatif, uji kelayakan, dan uji efektivitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Model supervisi akademik yang dikembangkan mencakup tahapan asesmen kesiapan belajar, minat, dan profil belajar peserta didik, serta implementasi pembelajaran yang mencakup isi, proses, dan produk hasil belajar; (2) Model ini dinyatakan layak dengan skor rata-rata validasi ahli sebesar 54,8 dalam rentang 47,26-63,00; (3) Uji efektivitas menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test dengan nilai gain score sebesar 0,8439 (>0,7), menandakan efektivitas tinggi. Model ini direkomendasikan untuk digunakan sebagai instrumen supervisi akademik dalam pendidikan inklusif.

Inclusive education aims to accommodate the diversity of learners, including those with special needs. However, challenges in its implementation are still widely found, particularly in academic supervision, which has yet to fully support differentiated learning. This study aims to develop, test the feasibility of, and evaluate the effectiveness of an academic supervision model based on differentiated learning in inclusive schools.
This research employs a research and development method using the ADDIE model approach (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and document assessments at two high schools providing inclusive education in Sidoarjo. The instruments used include interview guidelines, questionnaire sheets, and validation sheets. Data analysis techniques consist of qualitative description, feasibility testing, and effectiveness testing.
The results indicate that: (1) The developed academic supervision model includes stages for assessing students’ readiness, interests, and learning profiles, as well as the implementation of differentiated instruction covering content, process, and learning outcomes; (2) The model was deemed feasible with an expert validation score averaging 54.8 within the range of 47.26–63.00; (3) The effectiveness test revealed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores, with a gain score of 0.8439 (>0.7), indicating a high level of effectiveness. This model is recommended as an academic supervision instrument for inclusive education.
