Poverty alleviation is an important goal in National Development because by
overcoming the problem of poverty, a
country can create a stronger foundation for sustainable economic growth,
social welfare and societal stability. In addition, poverty alleviation is one
of the main targets in the SDGS (Sustainable Development). Goals) created by
the United Nations. The level of poverty in Indonesia is increasing with the
Covid-19 Pandemic, the Government is making various efforts to overcome this by issuing policies such as
Presidential Regulation Number 104 of 2021 which has mandated that Village
Funds must be allocated for BLT-DD activities at least 40%. This is reinforced
by Minister of Finance Regulation Number 128/PMK.07/2022 which states that one
of the priorities for Village Funds in 2022 is BLT activities. The Teleng
Village Government responded to this by issuing Teleng Village Head Regulation
Number 02 of 2022. The aim of this research is to describe the Evaluation of
the BLT-DD Program in Teleng Village, Sumberrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency.
This research uses descriptive
qualitative research methodology with a research focus on William N. Dunn's
assessment measurements such as effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, evenness,
responsiveness, and correctness. The type of data taken includes primary and
secondary data. The research results revealed that the BLT-DD Program in Teleng
Village, Bojonegoro Regency, was considered successful in terms of
effectiveness indicators because it was in line with the aim of helping poor
communities affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. However, in terms of efficiency
indicators, there are still obstacles in realization and handling. This program
is quite effective in solving the problem of meeting the daily needs of
beneficiary families (KPM), but still needs improvement in targeting accuracy
because there are BLT-DD KPMs who receive
assistance from other social programs. In conclusion, BLT-DD in Teleng
Village is running well in several policy evaluation indicators, but still
requires improvement in aspects of efficiency and accuracy.
