PROSES SOSIAL DALAM KEHIDUPAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA SUMBERTANGGUL

                Kondisi masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki perbedaan suku, agama, ras dan atar golongan senantiasa menjadi momok yang menakutkan dari waktu ke waktu. Di mana sensitivitas atas nama SARA selalu mudah untuk di sulut dan menimbulkan konflik, seperti sejarah kelam Negara Indonesia di masa lalu. Namun, berbeda halnya dengan masyarakat Desa Sumbertanggul yang mana memiliki perbedaan suku dan agama. Tetapi, dapat hidup rukun berdampingan dan bersatu. Adanya kondisi masyarakat yang heterogen namun dapat senantiasa hidup rukun ini di lalui oleh beberapa proses sosial masyarakatnya yang tidak selalu berjalan mulus. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada proses sosial yang terjadi di dalam kehidupan masyarakat di Desa Sumbertanggul dan nilai-nilai apa yang berperan di dalam proses sosial di dalam mewujudkan persatuan (integrasi) masyarakatnya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus.

Hasil penelitian ini di peroleh proses sosial di dalam kehidupan masyarakat Desa Sumbertanggul yang dilalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap awal, tahap resitensi dan tahap adaptasi. Di dalam beberapa tahap itu terdapat sejumlah bentuk dari proses sosial yang berlangsung dalam masyarakat Desa Sumbertanggul, yaitu proses disosiatif berupa kontraversi dan penolakan sedangkan proses asosiatif sendiri berupa akomodasi dalam bentuk perundingan, arbitrasi, mediasi dan koersi, kerjasama, akulturasi budaya dan akulturasi. Pada tahap awal yaitu masuknya agama hindu akibat adanya migrasi dari masyarakat suku Bali ke Desa Sumbertanggul, perubahan kondisi masyarakat dari homogen ke heterogen, yaitu terdapat perbedaan suku dan agama. Terjadi proses kontraversi yang terjadi kepada sesama masyarakatnya. Kontraversi ini dipicu oleh adanya sikap ketidaksukaan/keraguan masyrakat terhadap ajaran hindu yang dibawa oleh masyarakat pendatang dari suku Bali yang tercermin kedalam adanya prasangka negatif dan sikap menjaga jarak antar masyarakatnya. Pada tahap awal ini terdapat adanya peran nilai ketuhanan/religius yang kuat namun mengarah kepada tindakan negatif ke arah resistensi masyarakatnya.

Tahap selanjutnya ialah tahap resistensi dimana dalam tahap resistensi ini terdapat proses disosiatif dalam bentuk penolakan masyarakat terhadap pembangunan Pure. dalam hal ini ada nilai ketuhanan yang berperan kuat. Proses selanjutnya yang terjadi ialah proses asosiatif yang terwujud ke dalam bentuk akomodasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak Pemerintah di dalam mendamaikan konflik melalui akomodasi dalam wujud perundingan/kompromi, arbitrasi, mediasi, dan koersi yang di dorong oleh adanya peran dari nilai kekeluargaan di masyarakat. Dan, tahap terakhir dalam proses sosial masyarakatnya yaitu tahap adaptasi dimana proses adaptasi yang mengarah kepada penerimaan masyarakat akan adanya perbedaan di sekitnya cenderung pada proses sosial asosiatif dalam bentuk  kerjasama pada kegiatan antar agama, akulturasi budaya dan asimilasi. Pada tahap ini terdapat nilai kekeluargaan, nilai ketuhanan/religius, nilai toleransi dan nilai kebersamaan dan solidaritas masyarakatnya yang di wujudkan ke dalam aktivitas bersama masyarakat di dalam saling menerima satu sama salinnya dalam mewujudkan kerukunan dan persatuan masyarakatnya. Nilai-nilai yang mendasari masyarakat Desa Sumbertanggul di dalam proses sosialnya mewujudkan persatuan (integrasi) dan kerukunan masyarakatnya dapat dilihat bahwa adanya nilai multikultural disana. Nilai-nilai multikultural tersebut tercermin ke dalam beberapa nilai di antaranya nilai ketuhanan/religius yang menjadi pegangan hidup masyarakat Desa Sumbertanggul, nilai kekeluargaan, nilai toleransi, juga nilai kebersamaan dan solidaritas.

The condition of Indonesia society that has the difference of tribe, religion, race and atar the always be a scary Specter from time to time. Where sensitivity on behalf of SARA always easy for flammable and cause conflict, such as the dark history of the State of Indonesia in the past. However, unlike the case with the community of the village Sumbertanggul which has the distinction of tribe and religion. But, can live side by side and get along well together. The presence of a heterogeneous society condition however can always live this tenets in hitchhiking by some social process of the society that does not always run smoothly. Therefore, this research focuses on the social processes that occur in the life of the community in the village of Sumbertanggul and values what plays a role in social process in manifest Unity (integration) of the society. On this research using qualitative methods, descriptive approach to case studies.

The results of this research in social processes gained in public life the village Sumbertanggul where several stages, namely the early stages, stage and resitensi stage adaptation. In some stages, there a number of forms of social processes that take place in the community of the village Sumbertanggul, namely in the form of dissociative process kontraversi and rejection while associative process itself in the form of accommodation in the form of negotiation, mediation and arbitration, koersi, cooperation, culture and acculturation acculturation. In the early stages, namely the inclusion of hindu religion due to the migration of people to the village of Balinese Sumbertanggul, changes the conditions of the society from homogeneous to heterogeneous, i.e. There are tribal and religious differences. Going proses kontraversi that happened to a fellow of the society. This is triggered by the existence of the Kontraversi stance against public doubts/distaste for the teachings of the hindu society brought by immigrants from Balinese reflected into the existence of negative attitudes and prejudices keeping distance between people. Pthere this early stage there is the existence of a deity/religious values the role that powerful but leads to negative actions towards the resistance of its people.

The next stage is the stage of resistance where there is resistance in the dissociative processes in the form of a rejection of society against the construction of a Puree. in this case there is a value of the Godhead who plays strong. The next process is happening is associative process being formed into the shape of accommodation made by the Government in reconciling the conflict through negotiations in the form of accommodation/compromise, arbitration, mediation, and koersi which impelled by the role of the family in society. And, the last stage in the process of social adaptation stage i.e. the society where the process of adaptation that led to the acceptance of the community of difference in sekitnya tend to be on the social process of associative in collaboration on activities between religion, acculturation and assimilation. At this stage there is a family value, the value of the Godhead/religious, the value of tolerance and the value of togetherness and solidarity of the people who make it happen in a shared activity into society in the mutual acceptance of each salinnya in realizing harmony and unity of the people. The values that underlie the villagers Sumbertanggul in the social process of manifesting Unity (integration) and harmony of the society can be seen that the existence of multicultural values. The multicultural values reflected in some value in between the values of divinity/religious become Sumbertanggul village community life Handbook, family values, the values of tolerance, as well as the value of togetherness and solidarity.
