PENGARUH LOYALITAS DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR SELAMA WFH (WORK FROM HOME)
THE INFLUENCE OF LOYALITY AND JOB SATISFACTION ON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER PERFORMANCE DURING WFH (WORK FROM HOME)
Loyalitas dan kepuasan kerja sangat mempengaruhi kinerja guru agar dapat memeberikan kinerja yang baik bagi sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh loyalitas guru dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 2 dan 3 Petiken. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 36 orang. Skala likert digunakan untuk memperoleh data kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan pendekatan SEM PLS dengan smartPLS V.3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Jika kinerja guru baik, maka tujuan sekolah dapat tercapai dengan baik.
Loyalty and job satisfaction greatly affect the performance of teachers in order to provide good performance for schools. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of teacher loyalty and job satisfaction on their performance at school. This research was conducted in SD Negeri 2 and 3 Petiken. Respondents in this study amounted to 36 people. Likert scale was used to obtain questionnaire data. The analysis method uses the PLS SEM approach with smartPLS V.3.0. The results of this study indicate that loyalty and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of teachers. If the teacher's performance is good, the goals of the school can be achieved well.
