Keterampilan berbicara merupakan keterampilan dalam menyampaikan gagasan atau informasi secara lisan meliputi pemilihan bunyi-bunyi bahasa seperti kata, kalimat, intonasi sesuai konteks pembelajaran. Diketahui bahwa substansi teks pembelajaran bahasa dalam kurikulum 2013 terkait dengan pembelajaran IPA. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dengan guru kelas V pembelajaran IPA pada materi siklus air belum terdapat media pembelajaran karena materi tersebut berkaitan dengan peristiwa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran ritatoon laci siklus air untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa, untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media ritatoon laci siklus air untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SD, kevalidan media ritatoon laci siklus air untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SD, kepraktisan media ritatoon laci siklus air untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SD, dan keefektifan media ritatoon laci siklus air untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SD.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian R & D dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (analyze, develop, design, implement, evaluate). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu validasi, observasi, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Penerapan dilakukan dengan uji coba kelompok kecil berjumlah 10 siswa di SDN Krian 01, dan uji coba lapangan seluruh siswa kelas V A di beberapa SD yaitu SDN Krian 02, SDN Sidomulyo II, SDN Tambak kemeraan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan media ritatoon laci siklus air meliputi lima tahapan ADDIE yang mengahasilkan produk berupa media ritatoon laci siklus air dengan kevalidan dari hasil validasi 97,64%, materi perangkat pembelajaran mencapai 90% dan 91,2%. Adapun kepraktisan media media ritatoon laci siklus air diperoleh berdasarkan observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan rata-rata 94,27%. Data keefektifan diperoleh berdasakan hasil tes dan angket siswa. Hasil pretest dan posttest dianalisis menggunakan T-test dengan taraf siginifikan 5%. Uji coba kelompok kecil di SDN Krian 01 diperoleh thitung 8,959 (5%=2,262 < th = 8,959). Uji coba lapangan di SDN Krian 02 diperoleh thitung 7,096 (5%=2,093 < th = 7,096), SDN Sidomulyo II diperoleh thitung 7,619 (5%=2,051 < th = 7,619), SDN Tambak Kemeraan diperoleh thitung 6,172 (5%=2,093 < th = 6,172). Selain itu, diperleh hasil respon siswa pada setiap uji coba rata-rata mencapai 97%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa media ritatoon laci siklus air sangat layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SD.

Speaking is skill in communicating ideas or information verbally including selecting the sounds of language such as words, sentences, intonations according to the learning context. It is known that substance of language learning texts in the 2013 curriculum related to science learning. Based on the results of the interviews conducted with 5 th grade teacher, there is no learning media in science subject on water cycle topic because the material inside is related to the phenomenon. The purpose of this research to develop a water cycle drawer ritatoon learning media, to describe development process of water cycle drawer ritatoon media to improve the speaking skill of 5th grade elementary school students, validity of water cycle drawer ritatoon media to improve speaking skill of 5th grade students, practical of water cycle drawer ritatoon media to improve the speaking skill of 5th grade elementary school students, and the effectiveness of the water cycle drawer ritatoon media to improve speaking skill of 5th grade students.
This research is a type of R & D research using the ADDIE model (analyze, develop, design, implement, evaluate). Data collection techniques in this study are validation, observation, questionnaire, test, and documentation. The application in small group trials totaling 10 students in Krian 01 Elementary School, and field trials of all V A grade students in several elementary schools namely Krian 02 Elementary School, Sidomulyo II Elementary School, Tambak kemeraan Elementary School.
The results showed that the water cycle drawer ritatoon media development process included five ADDIE stages which produced a product namely water cycle drawer ritatoon media. Validity from the validation results are 97.64%, in terms of material obtained are 90% and 91,2%. The practical of water cycle drawer ritatoon media were obtained based on observations implementation of learning with result 94.27%. The effectiveness data were obtained based on the results of tests and student’s questionnaires. The test results were analyzed by using a T-test with a significance level of 5%. The small group trial in Krian 01 Elementary School obtained tcount 8.959 (5%=2.262count= 8.959). Field trials in Krian 02 elementary school obtained tcount 7,096 (5%= 2,093count= 7,096), Sidomulyo II Elementary School obtained tcount 7,619 (5% = 2,051count = 7,619), Tambak Kemeraan Elementary School obtained tcount 6,172 (5%= 2,093count = 6.172). In addition, the results of students' responses to each trial reached an average of 97%. Thus showing that the water cycle drawer ritatoon media is very eligible to use to improve the speaking skill of 5th grade elementary school students.
