Pemahaman konsep merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk memahami dan mendefinisikan sesuatu yang telah diketahui. Pada materi Sistem Gerak, banyak konsep yang harus dipahami oleh siswa, khususnya pada sub bab materi kontraksi otot. Istilah asing dan proses yang tidak dapat dilihat secara nyata oleh siswa, membuat sub bab materi ini sulit dipahami. Salah satu media interaktif yang banyak dikembangkan dalam bidang pendidikan adalah aplikasi game berbasis android. Media tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif media untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep pelajaran melalui permainan. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran game animasi interaktif berbasis android pada materi Sistem Gerak yang valid, efektif, dan praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ASSURE. Kegiatan uji coba dilaksanakan pada 20 siswa kelas XI MIPA di SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya. Media pembelajaran game animasi interaktif berbasis android pada materi Sistem Gerak yang dikembangkan terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh 4 pakar dinyatakan sangat valid dengan rata-rata 3,67. Hasil penilaian keterlaksanaan dan respon siswa dinyatakan sangat praktis dengan rata-rata 100% dan 90%. Sementara itu hasil penilaian pretest dan posttest mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar yang dinyatakan sangat efektif dengan gain score sebesar 0,86 dan ketuntasan indikator sebesar 88%.

A concept of understanding is someone's ability to understand and define something that is already known. In the topics of locomotion system, there are many concepts that have to be understood by the students, especially in the matter of muscle contraction. Foreign terms and invisible processes make it difficult to understand. One interactive media, which is widely developed in the field of education, is the Android-based game application. The media can be used as an alternative to help students understand the concept of learning through game. This developmental research was aimed to produce a learning media which is valid, practical, and effective to understand motion system in the form of Android-based interactive game. This study used the ASSURE development model. The experiment was conducted on 20 students of senior high school, class XI of science, at SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya. Using the Android-based learning media of interactive animation games in the process of understanding motion system was proven to be valid, effective, and practical. The results of validation, which was carried out by 4 experts, were declared as very valid, with an average of 3,67. The assessment results of implementation and student response were stated to be very practical with an average of 100% and 90%. Meanwhile the results of the pretest and posttest assessment experienced an increase in learning outcomes, which were stated to be very effective with a gain score of 0,86 and the completeness of the indicators by 88%.
