ABSTRAK
Syarofah, Kajian Implementasi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi dalam peningkatan Kualitas Pemeblajaran di Sekolah Penggerak SDN Sambikerep II/ 480 Surabaya dan SDS Khadijah 3 Surabaya, Tesis, Surabaya, Program Studi S2 Pendidikan Dasar, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, 2025.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa hasil implementasi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi dalam Peningaktan Kulitas Pembelajaran di Sekolah SDN sambikerep II/480 Surabaya dan SDS Khadijah 3 Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif Analisis Kualitatif, dengan tempat penelitian di SDN Sambikerep II/480 Surabaya dan SDS Khadijah 3 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di kedua sekolah.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dilakukan melalui asesmen diagnostik untuk memahami kebutuhan siswa, diferensiasi konten, proses, dan produk dalam pembelajaran. Di SDN Sambikerep II/480 Surabaya, guru memanfaatkan media pembelajaran interaktif dan metode diskusi kelompok untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Sementara itu, SDS Khadijah 3 Surabaya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islami dalam strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, yang mendorong pengembangan karakter siswa selain peningkatan prestasi akademik.
Meskipun implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, terdapat tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan waktu, kebutuhan pelatihan guru, dan sumber daya pendukung yang masih terbatas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan guru, penyediaan fasilitas pendukung, dan evaluasi rutin untuk mengoptimalkan keberhasilan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di kedua sekolah.

Introduction: This study aims to describe and analyze the results of the implementation of Differentiated Learning in Improving the Quality of Learning at SDN Sambikerep II/480 Surabaya and SDS Khadijah 3 Surabaya. The method used in this study is the Descriptive Qualitative Analysis method, with the research location at SDN Sambikerep II/480 Surabaya and SDS Khadijah 3 Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the study included the principal, teachers, and students at both schools. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of differentiated learning is carried out through diagnostic assessments to understand student needs, differentiation of content, processes, and products in learning. At SDN Sambikerep II/480 Surabaya, teachers utilize interactive learning media and group discussion methods to increase student engagement. Meanwhile, SDS Khadijah 3 Surabaya integrates Islamic values in differentiated learning strategies, which encourage student character development in addition to improving academic achievement.
Although the implementation of differentiated learning has a positive impact on the quality of learning, there are challenges faced, such as time constraints, teacher training needs, and limited supporting resources. This study recommends improving teacher training, providing supporting facilities, and regular evaluation to optimize the success of differentiated learning in both schools.
