Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Digital Dasar Pelayanan Prima Berbasis Google site untuk Siswa SMK Kuliner
Development of Digital Teaching Materials for Basic Excellent Service Based on Google Site for Culinary Vocational Students
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui: 1) hasil pengembangan bahan ajar digital dasar pelayanan prima berbasis google site; 2) kelayakan materi dan media pada bahan ajar digital dasar pelayanan prima berbasis google site tersebut; 3) respon siswa/pengguna bahan ajar digital dasar pelayanan prima berbasis google site tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan ( research and development / R&D) khususnya model 4D menurut Thiagarajan. Adapun langkah-langkah pada model ini meliputi pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop) dan penyebaran (disseminate). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket dengan subjek penelitian yaitu terdiri dari 5 validator(materi & media) serta 33 siswa kuliner SMKN 8 Surabaya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) bahan ajar digital berupa website dapat diakses pada link https://bit.ly/DasarPelayananPrima; 2) kelayakan materi dan media dinyatakan sangat layak dengan nilai rerata masing-masing yaitu 92% dan 87%; 3) respon siswa sangat baik dengan rerata 84%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar digital dasar pelayanan prima berbasis google site untuk siswa SMK kuliner sangat layak untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran.

The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) the results of thedevelopment of basic digital teaching materials for excellent service based on google site; 2) the feasibility ofmaterials and media on the basic digital teaching materials of excellent service based on the google site; 3) student / user response of basic digital teaching materials excellent service based on the google site. This research uses research and development (R&D), especially the 4D model according to Thiagarajan. The steps in this model include define, design, develop, and disseminate. The data collection technique was carried out using questionnaires with research subjects, consisting 5 validators (material & Media) and 33 culinary students of SMKN 8 Surabaya. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive techniques. Reserach show: 1) digital teaching materials in the form of website can be accessed using https://bit.ly/DasarPelayananPrima; 2) the feasibility of the material and media was declared ery feasible with average scores 92% and 87% respectively; 3) student response was excellent with an average of 84%. based on these results, it can be concluded that basic digital teaching materials for excellent service based on google site for culinary vocational students are very feasible to be applied in learning.
