THE INFLUENCE OF THE TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) TYPECOOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL ON LEARNING OUTCOMES
FOOTBALL DRIBBLING
Kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan di SMKN 3 Surabaya masih menggunakan model pembelajaran yang klasikal dan kurang bervariasi sehingga peserta didik kurang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh serta besar peningkatannya pada penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif bertipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap hasil belajar dribbling sepak bola siswa kelas XI di SMKN 3 Surabaya. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas XI TMP 2 dan XI TMP 3, yang masing-masing dijadikan sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen murni (true eksperimental design), Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh model pembelajaran TGT terhadap hasil belajar dribbling sepakbola. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari soal tes pengetahuan terkait teknik dribbling sepak bola dan tes praktik keterampilan dribbling melewati cone secara zig-zag. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas untuk menentukan distribusi data, uji Mann-Whitney untuk melihat signifikansi perbedaan antar kelompok, serta analisis N-Gain untuk mengukur tingkat peningkatan hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas pada keseluruhan komponen memperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji statistik menggunakan Man Whitney Rank-Sum didapatkan kesimpulan jika keseluruhan data yang sudah diuji mendapatkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pada aspek pengetahuan sebesar 69,39% dan pada aspek keterampilan sebesar 74,47%. Penelitian ini memberikan dukungan kuat terhadap pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif bertipe TGT dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dribbling sepakbola di siswa kelas XI SMKN 3 Surabaya.

Learning activities in Physical Education, Sports, and Health at SMKN 3 Surabaya still utilize classical and less varied instructional models, resulting in students being less active during the learning process. This study aims to determine the effect and the level of improvement resulting from the implementation of the cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) on the learning outcomes of soccer dribbling among XI grade students at SMKN 3 Surabaya. The subjects of this study were students from class XI TMP 2 and XI TMP 3, with each class assigned as the experimental group and the control group, respectively. The method used in this study was quantitative with a true experimental design approach. This study evaluated the effect of the TGT learning model on students’ learning outcomes in soccer dribbling. The instruments used consisted of a knowledge test related to soccer dribbling techniques and a practical skill test involving dribbling through cones in a zig-zag pattern. The collected data were analyzed using a normality test to determine data distribution, the Mann-Whitney test to assess the significance of differences between groups, and an N-Gain analysis to measure the level of learning improvement. Based on the results of the normality test for all components, the Sig. (2-tailed) value was < 0.05. Therefore, the Mann-Whitney Rank-Sum test was conducted, which concluded that all the tested data had a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the study showed an improvement in the knowledge aspect of 69.39% and an improvement in the skill aspect of 74.47%. This research provides strong evidence supporting the effectiveness of the cooperative learning model type TGT in enhancing soccer dribbling learning outcomes for X1 grade students at SMKN 3 Surabaya.
