EVALUASI PROGRAM PRAKERIN DI SEKOLAH SMK NEGERI 2 KEDIRI
EVALUATION OF THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AT SMK NEGERI 2 KEDIRI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi program prakerin BDP Alfamart Class di SMKNegeri 2 Kediri, apakah program yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencaan program yang ditetapkan.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah evaluasi dengan pendekatan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process,Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam dan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sampelpenelitian sebanyak 36 siswa dan 4 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online melalui googleformkarena masa pandemic Covid 19 Analisis data secara deskriptif menggunakan SPSS versi 16,0. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan:(1) evaluasi konteks menurut siswa program prakerin sudah sesuai kebutuhan,menurut guru pembimbing sesuai tujuan prakerin; (2) evaluasi input menurut siswa alat yang digunakansudah sesuai kebutuhan siswa, menurut guru pembimbing alat sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa ; (3) evaluasiproses menurut para siswa penguasaan guru sangat baik hingga mudah dipahami, sedangkan menurut gurupartisipasi dan keaktifan siswa kurang; dan (4) evaluasi produk menurut siswa sudah terapai dengan adanyaprogram prakerin.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, CIPP, Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN)
This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the BDP Alfamart Class internship programat SMK Negeri 2 Kediri, whether the program implemented is by the established program planning. Thetype of research used is an evaluation with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model approachdeveloped by Stufflebeam and uses qualitative research methods. The research sample was 36 students and4 teachers. Data collection was carried out online via google forms due to the Covid 19 pandemic.Descriptive data analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results showed: (1) the evaluation of the contextaccording to the internship program students was according to the needs, according to the teacheraccording to the objectives of the internship; (2) the evaluation of the input according to the students thetools used are in accordancce with the needs of the students, according to the teacher who guides the toolsaccording to the needs of the students; (3) the evaluation of the process according to the students masteryof the teacher was very good so that it was easy to understand, while according to the teacher theparticipation and activebess of the students was lacking; and (4) the product evaluation according tostudents has been achieved with the internship program.Keywords: Evaluation, CIPP, Industrial Work Practice (PRAKERIN)
