Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pengelolaan Proses Pembelajaran Peserta Didik Berkebutuhan Khusus di Sekolah Inklusif di SD Galuh Handayani Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah Miles dan Huberman (2014). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara sistematis dengan pelaksanaan identifikasi dan asesmen yang melibatkan berbagai pihak untuk menyusun kurikulum fleksibel dan rencana pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik; (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran bersifat adaptif dengan menggunakan kurikulum hasil modifikasi dari Kurikulum Merdeka dengan pendekatan substitusi dan omisi, menerapkan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah, praktik dan terapi untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar, serta penggunaan media dan alat peraga konkret; (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan harian, tengah semester, dan akhir semester, secara holistik mencakup akademik dan non-akademik, dengan fokus pada pemantauan perkembangan dan perbaikan pembelajaran; (4) Faktor pendukung meliputi perencanaan yang matang, tenaga pendidik yang kompeten, sarana prasarana yang memadai, serta dukungan orang tua. Sedangkan untuk faktor penghambat berasal dari sumber daya, kondisi individu peserta didik, dan kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua.

This study aims to describe the Management of the Learning Process for Learners with Special Needs in Inclusive Schools at SD Galuh Handayani Surabaya. This research is a qualitative research with case study method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique used in data analysis is Miles and Huberman (2014). The results showed that: (1) The planning of the learning process is carried out systematically by conducting identification and assessment involving various parties to develop a flexible curriculum and learning plan according to the needs of students; (2) The implementation of learning is adaptive by using a modified curriculum from the Merdeka Curriculum with a substitution and omissions approach, applying problem-based learning methods, practice and therapy to support learning activities, and using concrete media and teaching aids; (3) Learning evaluations are carried out every day, mid-semester, and at the end of the semester, holistically including academic and non-academic, with a focus on monitoring learning progress and improvement; (4) Supporting factors include careful planning, competent teaching staff, adequate infrastructure, and parental support. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors come from resources, individual student conditions, and lack of parental involvement.
