Being a mother with multiple roles is not an easy thing to do because it has a big responsibility. This will cause fatigue, stress and burnout can also appear because of the various tasks that must be completed. Burnout is a condition in which a person experiences a syndrome of physical exhaustion, feelings of worthlessness, and decreased self-competence. The purpose of this study was to find out Burnout in Mothers with Multiple Roles. In particular, this research wants to know the condition of burnout, find out the factors that cause burnout, and find out the ways that mothers take multiple roles in dealing with burnout. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection process was carried out through semi-structured interviews and processed using thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study obtained four major themes, namely the condition of multiple roles, burnout conditions, factors that cause burnout, and how to overcome burnout. The conclusion of this study is that mothers have multiple roles who are able to manage the burnout that occurs within them.
