Keselamatan dan kesehatan karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam peningkatan mutu kerja karyawan. Dengan fasilitas keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang memadai, maka semakin   bsik pula mutu kerja karyawannya. Dengan demikian perusahaan akan diuntungkan dalam upaya pencapaian produktifitas kerja yang lebih baik.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pelaksanaan (K3) kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian operator mesin dalam di PT. Dok dan Perkapalan Surabaya (persero).  Jenis penlitian ini menggunakan penelitian Deskriptif kuantitatif dan Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah, observasi, Kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Dengan sampel yang berjumlah 10 karyawan. Hasil penelitian pada intrumen angket dan data pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara  keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan bagian operator mesin dalam di PT. Dok dan Perkapalan Surabaya (persero)”. Dengan nilai r hitung 0,641 dan uji t hitung diperoleh 2,359.  Serta koefisien determinasi diperoleh 0,410.  Dengan tabel Pengamatan didapat nilai r hitung 0,643. Dan uji t hitung diperoleh 2,377. Serta koefisien determinasi diperoleh 0,413.

Employee safety and health are important factors in improving employee safety. With adequate occupational safety and health facilities, the better the quality of work of its employees. Thus the company will benefit in an effort to collect better work productivity. The purpose of this study is to study whether there is an implementation (K3) of occupational health and safety on the work productivity of employees of the machine operator section at PT. Dok and Perkapalan  Surabaya (persero). This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research and data collection methods used are, observation, questionnaire and documentation. With a sample of 10 employees.The results of the research on questionnaire instruments and observational data indicate that there is an influence between occupational safety and health (K3) on the work productivity of the employees of the machine operator in PT. Dok and Shipping Surabaya (Persero) ". With the value of r count 0.641 and t test obtained 2,359. And the coefficient of determination is 0.410. With the Observation table the r count value is 0.643. And the t test was obtained 2,377. And the coefficient of determination obtained 0.413.
