Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum SMP Al Falah Darussalam, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam merespon kebijakan merdeka belajar.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan miles and hubberman. Hasil penelitian manajemen kurikulum SMP Al Falah Darussalam yang terintergritas dengan kurikulum khas Darussalam dan kurikulum entrepreneur diawali dengan perencanaan kurikulum meliputi membentuk tim penyusun kurikulum, melakukan rapat, melibatkan pengawas sekolah dan sosialisasi. Pelaksanaan kurikulum meliputi pelaksanaan manajerial, pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis nilai islami, IT dan ketrampilan, serta meningkatkan profesionalitas guru. Evaluasi meliputi evaluasi masukan, evaluasi pelaksanaan kurikulum dan evaluasi hasil kurikulum. Faktor pendukung meliputi sarana dan prasana yang memadai serta ketercapaian program kerja tahunan sekolah pada 6 SNP. Faktor penghambat implementasi manajemen kurikulum meliputi masih ada guru yang memiliki profesionalitas rendah dan perbedaan kemampuan siswa.
Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi manajemen kurikulum SMP Al Falah Darussalam dalam merespon kebijakan merdeka belajar telah menghasilkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi kurikulum yang tersistematis, kooperatif dan komprehensif, meskipun masih memerlukan penyesuaian situasi dan kondisi sekolah yang masih baru berdiri.
This study aims to determine the management of Al Falah Darussalam Junior High School curriculum, supporting factors and inhibiting factors in responding to the independent learning policy.
This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using miles and hubberman. The results of the Al Falah Darussalam Junior High School curriculum management integrated with the Darussalam special curriculum and the entrepreneur curriculum begin with curriculum planning including forming a curriculum compilation team, holding meetings, involving school supervisors and outreach. The curriculum implementation includes managerial implementation, implementation of learning based on Islamic values, IT and skills, as well as increasing teacher professionalism. Evaluation includes evaluating input, evaluating curriculum implementation and evaluating curriculum results. Supporting factors include adequate infrastructure and achievement of the annual school work program at 6 SNPs. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of curriculum management include there are still teachers who have low professionalism and differences in student abilities.
Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Al Falah Darussalam Junior High School curriculum management in responding to the independent learning policy has resulted in systematic, cooperative and comprehensive curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation, although it still requires adjustments to the situation and conditions of the newly established school.
