SURVEY KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DJAVA CATERING DAN PENGARUH PERUSAHAAN SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID 19
DJAVA CATERING CONSUMER SATISFACTION SURVEY AND THE COMPANYS INFLUENCE DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC
ABSTRAK
Survey kepuasaan merupakan survey terhadap pelanggan mengenai hasil produk dan jasa dari sebuah perusahaan makanan serta mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan, faktor yang mempengaruhi pelanggan, dan pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan dampak selama fase sebelum, sedang dialami dan sesudah masa pandemi covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen dan dampak pandemi bagi perusahaan catering, yang meliputi: tingkat kesukaan, pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan, untuk mengetahui kondisi lapangan selama covid 19 .Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengambilan data dengan dua faktor penelitian, yaitu dengan teknik wawancara pelanggan dan data pembelian konsumen. Pengumpulan data dengan metode survey konsumen melalui teknik wawancara oleh sejumlah 10 panelis yang berasal dari pelanggan yang berbeda. Data dianalisis dengan daftar dokumen pelanggan untuk mengetahui survey kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisa kepuasaan pelanggan, harga dan pengaruh penjualan Djava catering selama masa covid 19. Variable yang digunakan adalah harga , menu praktis, kualitas produk, waktu.

ABSTRACT
The satisfaction survey is a survey of customers regarding the results of products and services from a food company as well as knowing customer satisfaction with service, factors that influence customers, and measuring customer satisfaction. With the impact during the phases before, being experienced and after the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of consumer satisfaction and the impact of the pandemic for catering companies, which include: the level of preference, the effect of price and service quality, to determine field conditions during Covid 19. This research is a type of data collection research with two research factors, namely the customer interview technique and consumer purchase data. Collecting data using consumer survey methods through interview techniques by a number of 10 panelists who come from different customers. Data were analyzed with a list of customer documents to determine customer satisfaction surveys. The results of the study aimed to analyze customer satisfaction, price and sales influence of Djava catering during the covid 19 period. The variables used were price, practical menu, product quality, time.
