Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang pesat telah memberikan dampak signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas aplikasi Ruang GTK terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan kompetensi guru SMP Negeri wilayah Selatan di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei korelasional. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menggambarkan hubungan antar variabel secara objektif berdasarkan data numerik dari responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah 711 guru dan sampel sebanyak 256 responden. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Reliabilitas diuji dengan Cronbach Alpha, dan semua konstruk menunjukkan nilai ≥ 0,6. Ini menunjukkan instrumen reliabel. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 31. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS 31 terhadap 256 guru SMP Negeri wilayah Selatan Kota Surabaya membuktikan bahwa kualitas aplikasi Ruang GTK berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi dengan nilai dan nilai pada uji simultan (uji-f) menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap kompetensi guru. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 35,1% dari variasi atau keberagaman variabel terikat (dependen) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas (independen) dalam model, yaitu Kompetensi Guru (Y2) dan Motivasi Guru (Y1).Sedangkan 64.9% sisanya dijelaskan variable lain di luar regresi.

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has significantly impacted the field of education. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the quality of the Ruang GTK application on the enhancement of motivation and competence among teachers in public junior high schools in the Southern region of Surabaya. This study employs a quantitative approach utilizing a correlational survey method. This method was selected due to its ability to objectively depict the relationships between variables based on numerical data from respondents. The population for this research consists of 711 teachers, with a sample size of 256 respondents. Data for this study were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Reliability was tested using Cronbach's Alpha, with all constructs demonstrating a value of ≥ 0.6, indicating that the instrument is reliable. The data were analyzed using SPSS 31. The results of the data analysis using SPSS 31 on 256 teachers from public junior high schools in the Southern region of Surabaya confirm that the quality of the Ruang GTK application significantly affects motivation, with a significance value (σ) of 0.00926 < 0.05 and an F-calculated value of 48.683 > F-table value of 3.031486 in the simultaneous test (F-test), indicating an effect on teacher competence. Based on the results of the analysis in the determination test, it shows that 35.1% of the variation or diversity of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables in the model, namely Teacher Competence (Y2) and Teacher Motivation (Y1). Meanwhile, the remaining 64.9% is explained by other variables outside the regression.
