Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kelayakan teoritis dan kelayakan empiris LKPD Guided Discovery pada materi energi dalam sistem kehidupan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini mengacu pada penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dan menggunakan rancangan penelitian One-Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kelayakan teoritis dari analisis hasil telaah, analisis validasi dengan nilai modus sebesar 4 dengan kriteria sangat baik atau sangat layak. Kelayakan empiris dari analisis keterlaksanaan LKPD mendapatkan persentase 94% pada pertemuan pertama dan 100% pada pertemuan kedua, analisis aktivitas peserta didik dengan 11 aspek mendapatkan kriteria sangat baik, analisis hasil belajar peserta didik dilihat dari analisis N-gain didapatkan persentase nilai N-gain pada kategori tinggi sebesar 58%, hasil belajar keterampilan juga mendapatkan 100% telah tuntas KKM, dan respon positif peserta didik dengan rata-rata keseluruhan adalah 97%.

This development research aims to describe the theoretical expediency and to describe empirical expediency LKPD Guided Discovery on energy material in living systems to improve student learning outcomes. This type of research refers to research and development (Research and Development) and uses research design is One-Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The results of this research obtained theoretical expediency from the analysis of the results of the study, validation analysis with a mode value of 4 with the criteria of very good or very feasible. The empirical expediency of the implementation analysis of the LKPD obtained a percentage of 94% in the first meeting and 100% in the second meeting, analysis of the activities of students with 11 aspects getting very good criteria, analysis of student learning outcomes seen from N-gain analysis of student learning outcomes seen from the N-gain analysis the high category is 58%, the results of learning skills also get 100% KKM completed, and positive responses of students with an total average of 97%.
