Pengembangan Video Interaktif Berbasis Edpuzzle Kompetensi Dasar Fusion Pastry Bakery Pada Siswa Tata Boga
Development of Interactive Video Based on Edpuzzle Basic Competency of Fusion Pastry Bakery for Culinary Student
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) mengetahui kelayakan media dan materi pada kompetensi fusion pastry bakery, 2) mengetahui respon siswa setelah menggunakan video interaktif berbasis edpuzzle.
Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari analysys (analisis), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi), evaluation (evaluasi). Namun, karena keterbatasan, maka penelitian ini hanya sampai pada development (pengembangan) karena hanya menargetkan hasil produk video interaktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan subjek 3 validator media yang merupakan dosen, 3 validator materi dari dosen dan guru pastry bakery SMK dan siswa kelas XII Tata Boga. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis data ini dilakukan secara prosentase.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) kelayakan media menunjukkan hasil sangat layak (87,73%) dan kelayakan materi menunjukkan hasil sangat layak (90,30%), 2) respon siswa menunjukkan hasil sangat layak (86%). Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media pembelajaran video interaktif berbasis edpuzzle pada kompetensi fusion pastry bakery di SMKN 2 Mojokerto sangat layak digunakan. Berdasarkan hal ini maka media edpuzzle bisa diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran fusion pastry bakery di sekolah yang berbeda.

The aims of this study were 1) to determine the feasibility of the media and material in the fusion pastry bakery competency, 2) to find out the student's response after using an Edpuzzle-based interactive video.
The development model used in this study is the ADDIE development model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. However, due to limitations, this research only reaches development because it only targets interactive video products. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with the subject of 3 media validators who were lecturers, 3 material validators from lecturers and vocational school pastry bakery teachers and students of class XII Tata Culinary.
This research is a qualitative descriptive type and data analysis is carried out on a percentage basis. This study shows 1) the feasibility of the media shows very feasible results (87.73%) and the eligibility of the material shows very feasible results (90.30%), 2) student responses show very feasible results (86%). It can be concluded that the edpuzzle-based interactive video learning media for the fusion pastry bakery competency at SMKN 2 Mojokerto is very feasible to use. Based on this, Edpuzzle media can be implemented in learning fusion pastry bakery in different schools.
