Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang revitalisasi pelatihan sindhen dan tledhek yang ada di Desa Jimbe Kecamatan Kademangan Kabupaten Blitar. Revitalisasi tersebut meliputi (1) proses revitalisasi, (2) bentuk revitalisasi (3) hasil revitalisasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian sindhen dan tledhek. Lokasi penelitian berasa di Desa Jimbe Kecamatan Kademangan Kabupaten Blitar. Sumber data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dengan narasumber utama bernama Sukarmi dan informan yaitu orang-orang yang mengenal Sukarmi dalam hal aktivitasnya sebagi seniman sebanyak 8 orang. Data Sekunder berupa foto, video, serta arsip yang sudah dimiliki narasumber. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa pengamatan, wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam, serta dokumentasi.Teknis keabsahan data didapatkan dari triangulasi data dan pengecekan teman sejawat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggerak utama revitalisasi adalah Sukarmi serta proses pelatihan yang dilakukannya tersistem. Bentuk revitalisasi menemukan bahwa pelatihan dilakukan dengan tujuan yang jelas, memiliki perangkat pembelajaran yang konsisten, memiliki rancangan pembelajaran yang terinci. Hasil revitalisasi pelatihan sindhen dan tledhek menunjukkan bahwa terjadi rutinitas terhadap kegiatan pelatihan tersebut serta memiliki dampak sosial dan ekonomi bagi Sukarmi dan siswa pelatihan. Revitalisasi yang dilakukan oleh Sukarmi telah mengalami proses panjang yaitu proses penemuan ide, komunikasi, organisasi, adaptasi, transformasi, serta rutinitas. Upaya yang dilakukan Sukarmi mendapat dukungan dari berbagai pihak seperti keluarga, masyarakat serta pemerintah. Ia menciptakan bentuk pembelajaran baru dengan esensi pelatihan dimasa lalu karena menyesuaikan perkembangan zaman.

This research draws on describing and analyzing the revitalization of Sindhen and Tledhek training in Jimbe Village, Kademangan District, Blitar Regency. The revitalization includes (1) revitalization process, (2) revitalization form (3) revitalization results.
This research includes research’s type that it is used a qualitative method by the research subject of Sindhen and Tledhek. The research location conducted at Jimbe Village, Kademangan District, Blitar Regency. Data sources in this research are consisted of primary and secondary. The primary data consist of the main informant named Sukarmi and some informants namely people who knew Sukarmi as an artist as many as 8 people. The secondary data include the form of photos, videos, and archives owned by the source person. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation, structured and in-depth interviews, and documentation. Technical data validity was obtained from data triangulation and peer checking.
The results of the research show that the main driver of revitalization is Sukarmi and the training process in that she conducts is systematic. The aim of describing and analyzing the form of revitalization found that the training was carried out with clear objectives had consistent learning tools and a detailed learning design. The results of the revitalization of the Sindhen and Tledhek training shows that the training activities were routine and had social and economic impacts on Sukarmi herself and the training students. Revitalization carried out by Sukarmi has undergone a long process, namely the process of finding ideas, communication, organization, adaptation, transformation, and routines. The efforts made by Sukarmi received support from various parties such as family, community and government. He creates a new form of learning with the essence of training in the past because it adapts to the times.
