ACTIVITY PHYSICAL EXERCISE STUDENTS PKO UNESA ON THE PANDEMIC OF COVID-19
Abstrak
Pentingnya melakukan aktivitas fisik seperti olaharaga untuk menjaga imunitas tubuh pada saat pandemi covid-19. Pandemi covid-19 telah menciptakan kebutuhan dan perlunya menjaga jarak dalam berinteraksi sosial (social distancing), karantina, dan isolasi mandiri sehingga individu yang rentan tidak akan terkena dampak dari virus. Berbagai upaya dilakukan agar sistem perawatan kesehatan tidak menjadi kewalahan akibat meningkatnya jumlah pasien yang terkena dampak covid-19. Aktivitas fisik seperti jogging dan bersepeda di ruang publik diperbolehkan dengan menjaga jarak 2 meter, selain menggunakan masker saat berolahraga, mandi setelah selesai kegiatan di luar rumah dan mencuci tangan sebelum keluar rumah dan segera mencuci tangan setelah pulang dari berolahraga. Tujuan penelitian ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar aktivitas mahasiswa PKO UNESA pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif survei dengan subyek 100 orang yang berstatus mahasiswa PKO dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berupa Google form yang berisi tentang komponenkomponen aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan di masa pandemi. teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis persentase. Hasil menunjukan jumlah total jawaban responden ketertarikan pada olahraga lebih banyak menjawab menjaga kebugaran dan dampak negatif, aktivitas fisik di masa pandemi lebih banyak menjawab bertambah 30 menit setelah pandemi, intensitas latihan lebih banyak menjawab sebelum pandemi 40-60%, frekuensi latihan lebih banyak menjawab 1 minggu kurang dari 3 kali dengan durasi 30-60 menit, pada bagian tubuh yang sering dilatih lebih banyak menjawab whole body, dan aktivitas olahraga yang sering dilakukan lebih banyak menjawab pada senam dan yoga. Kesimpulan menunjukan peningkatan aktivitas fisik lebih banyak sesudah pandemi daripada sebelum pandemi.

Abstract
The importance of doing physical activity such as sports to maintain body immunity during the covid-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has created the need and need for social distancing, quarantine, and self-isolation so that vulnerable individuals will not be affected by the virus. Efforts are being made to prevent the health care system from being overwhelmed by the increasing number of patients affected by COVID-19. Physical activities such as jogging and cycling in public spaces are allowed by maintaining a distance of 2 meters, in addition to wearing a mask when exercising, taking a shower after finishing outdoor activities and washing hands before leaving the house and immediately washing hands after returning from exercising. The purpose of this scientific research was to find out how much activity was carried out by UNESA PKO students during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative descriptive survey research method with 100 subjects who are PKO students by distributing a questionnaire in the form of a Google form containing the components of physical activity carried out during the pandemic. data analysis technique using percentage analysis. The results show that the total number of respondents who are interested in sports answers more to maintaining fitness and negative impacts, physical activity during the pandemic is more answered by 30 minutes after the pandemic, the intensity of exercise is more answered before the pandemic 40-60%, the frequency of exercise is more answered 1 less than 3 times a week with a duration of 30-60 minutes, the parts of the body that are often trained more respond to the whole body, and sports activities that are often carried out are more likely to respond to gymnastics and yoga. The conclusion shows that physical activity increases more after the pandemic than before the pandemic.
