Abstract
This InShot -based media
development research aims to describe the design, feasibility, and
effectiveness of InShot -based animated story video media
for togetherness in diversity for fourth grade elementary school students. The
method applied in the research is R&D with the ADDIE model which consists
of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.
The subjects of the research trial were fourth grade elementary school
students around the Dukuh Setro 3 area of Surabaya. The instruments in the study consisted of
media validation sheets, material validation sheets, teaching material product
validation sheets, student questionnaire sheets, student evaluation question
sheets. Data analysis techniques through quantitative and qualitative
descriptive. The results of the
percentage score of media validity are 95%, the material is 97.5%, and the
product by the teacher is 93.33%. The results of the effectiveness of the
product are based on the results of trials by 6 students, In the first stage, 2 out of 6 students were
able to answer 5 questions correctly, and 5 out of 6 students were able to name
no more than 2 kinds of religion, ethnicity, and examples of tolerance, In the
second stage, 5 out of 6 students were able to answer 5 questions correctly,
and the 6 students were able to name more than 2 kinds of religion, ethnicity,
and examples of tolerance, and based
on the recapitulation of student questionnaires with an average percentage of
93.75%. Thus, it is concluded that InShot
-based animated story video media is very feasible and effective to be used as
teaching material for togetherness in diversity for fourth grade elementary
school students.
