Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Layanan Aplikasi MyPertamina  Berbasis Mobile Dengan Metode EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) 

Mobile Based MyPertamina Application Service User Satisfaction Analysis Using EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) METHOD

MyPertamina merupakan aplikasi yang resmi dari PT Pertamina, dan dirilis untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembeli bahan bakar minyak maupun gas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terjadi pengaruh dari Kepuasan pengguna merupakan content, accuracy, format, ease of use dan timeliness terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi MyPertamina dan bisa melakukan rekomendasi yang tepat kepada instansi yang terkait. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) yang terdiri dari lima Variabel, yaitu: isi (content), ketepatan (accuracy), bentuk (format), kemudahan penggunaan (ease of use), dan ketepatan waktu (timeliness). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat yang menggunakan aplikasi MyPertamina di Surabaya dan sekitar. Metode pengolahan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis yang diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis terdapat 4 variabel yang berpengaruh yaitu ketepatan (accuracy), bentuk (format), kemudahan penggunaan (ease of use), dan ketepatan waktu (timeliness) dan terdapat 1 variabel yang tidak berpengaruh yaitu isi (content). Variabel Format menjadi variabel yang wajib dijaga dan ditingkatkan karena memiliki nilai t -2,074 yang termasuk dalam kategori negative. Terdapat beberapa keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini dan perlu dilakukan kajian lebih lanjut agar tingkat kepuasan pengguna elearning dapat digambarkan dengan tepat.

MyPertamina is an official application from PT Pertamina, and was released to meet the needs of oil and gas fuel buyers. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an influence from user satisfaction in terms of content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness on user satisfaction of the MyPertamina application and being able to make appropriate recommendations to the relevant agencies. The method used in this study is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) which consists of five factors, namely: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. ). The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires to people using the MyPertamina application in Surabaya and around. The method of data processing carried out in this study uses validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis tests which are processed using SPSS software. The results of testing the hypothesis there are 4 influential variables, namely accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness and there is 1 variable that has no effect, namely content. The format variable is a variable that must be maintained and improved because it has a t-value of -2.074 which is included in the negative category. There are several limitations in this research and further studies need to be carried out so that the level of satisfaction of e-learning users can be accurately described.
