Pharmaceutical Sector Listed on IDX Before and During Covid-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai kinerja keuangan perusahaan sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI sebelum dan selama Covid-19. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah rasio profitabilitas dengan pengumpulan data sekunder. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Covid-19 memengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa perusahaan mengalami peningkatan rasio profitabilitas sebelum dan selama Covid-19 namun tidak signifikan. Rasio profitabilitas yang tinggi merupakan sinyal yang baik bagi investor untuk berinvestasi sehingga nilai saham perusahaan akan naik.

This study aims to obtain information regarding improving the financial performance of pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the IDX before and during covid-19. The data analysis technique used is the profitability ratio with secondary data collection. The results of the analysis show that covid-19 affects the company's financial performance. There are several companies experiencing an increase in profitability ratios before and during covid-19 but not significantly. A high profitability ratio is a good signal for investors to invest so that the value of the company's shares will rise.
