POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER (PTSD) THE CHARACTER 福贵 Fú Guì IN THE NOVEL 《活着》 Huózhe BY 余华 Yú Huá IN TERMS OF ABNORMAL PSYCHOLOGY

Dalam penelitian yang berjudul Gangguan Stres Pascatrauma (GSPT) Tokoh  福贵 Fú Guì Dalam Novel «活着» Huózhe Karya 余华 Yú Huá Ditinjau Dari Psikologi Abnormal.  Wellek dan Warren (2016:97) psikologi membantu pengarangnya untuk melatih kepekaan terhadap kenyataan, melatih agar lebih teliti dalam mengamati, dan mencoba pola-pola baru. Rumusan masalah permasalahan ini, antara lain 1) Bagaimana latar belakang penyebab tokoh 福贵Fú Guì mengalami gangguan stres pascatrauma (GSPT) dalam novel 活着 Huózhe  karya 余华 Yú Huá; 2) Bagaimana perilaku yang ditunjukkan oleh tokoh 福贵Fú Guì ketika sedang mengalami gangguan stres pascatrauma (GSPT) dalam novel 活着 Huózhe  karya 余华 Yú Huá; 3) Bagaimana cara tokoh 福贵Fú Guì mengatasi gangguan stres pascatrauma (GSPT) dalam novel 活着 Huózhe  karya 余华 Yú Huá.

Jenis dan pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer yang dilakukan diperoleh dari novel. Lalu sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, skripsi, maupun internet. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini, antara lain: 1) peneliti mencari literatur mengenai psikologi abnormal; 2) mengumpulkan kemudian dibaca secara menyeluruh; 3) menandai bagian kata maupun kalimat yang berhubungan dengan psikologi abnormal, khususnya gangguan stres pascatrauma (GSPT); 4) mencatat bagian kata maupun kalimat yang berhubungan dengan psikologi abnormal, khususnya gangguan stres pascatrauma (GSPT); 5) mengklasifikasikan bagian kata maupun kalimat yang berhubungan dengan psikologi abnormal, khususnya gangguan stres pascatrauma (GSPT). Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan, antara lain: 1) menerjemahkan novel berbahasa Mandarin ke bahasa Indonesia supaya dapat dipahami secara detail; 2) novel yang telah diterjemahkan, akan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan kutipan atau tuturan gangguan stres pascatrauma yang dialami oleh tokoh berkaitan dengan penyebab, perilaku, maupun cara tokoh mengatasi gangguan stres pascatrauma (GSPT).

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyebab tokoh 福贵Fú Guì mengalami gangguan stres pascatrauma (GSPT) terbagi menjadi 3, yaitu 1) penyebab predisposisi (Predisposising Causes) yang berjumlah 4 data; 2) penyebab penguat (Reinforcing Causes) yang berjumlah 9 data; 3) penyebab aktual (Precipitating Causes) yang berjumlah 14 data. Perilaku yang ditunjukkan oleh tokoh 福贵Fú Guì merupakan mekanisme pembelaan ego, antara 1) ditemukan 4 data mengenai penyangkalan; 2) 5 data mengenai identifikasi; 3) 3 data mengenai penyekatan emosional; dan 4) 1 data mengenai simpatisme. Ditemukan 2 cara tokoh 福贵Fú Guì mengatasi gangguan stres pascatrauma (GSPT) yang dialaminya, yaitu 1) 1 data mengenai terapi perilaku; 2) 1 data mengenai terapi kognitif.

In a study entitled Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), the character 福贵 Fú Guì in the novel 活着 Huózhe by 余华 Yú Huá in terms of abnormal psychology. Wellek and Warren (2016: 97) psychology helps the author to practice sensitivity to reality, train to be more careful in observing, and try new patterns. The formulation of this problem includes 1) What is the background that causes the character 福贵Fú Guì to experience post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in the novel 活着 Huózhe by 余华 Yú Huá; 2) How is the behavior shown by the character 福贵Fú Guì when experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in the novel 活着 Huózhe by 余华 Yú Huá; 3) How does the character 福贵Fú Guì overcome post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in the novel 活着 Huózhe by 余华 Yú Huá.

Types and research approaches using descriptive qualitative methods. The primary data source was obtained from the novel. Then secondary data sources were obtained from books, journals, theses, and the internet. Data collection methods in this study include: 1) researchers searched for literature on abnormal psychology; 2) collect then read thoroughly; 3) mark parts of words and sentences related to abnormal psychology, especially post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); 4) record parts of words and sentences related to abnormal psychology, especially post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); 5) classifying parts of words and sentences related to abnormal psychology, especially post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The data analysis techniques used included: 1) translating Chinese novels into Indonesian so that they can be understood in detail; 2) novels that have been translated, will be classified based on quotes or speeches of post-traumatic stress disorder experienced by the characters related to the causes, behavior, and ways of the characters overcoming post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The results of this study indicate that the causes of the character福贵Fú Guì experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are divided into 3, namely 1) Predisposing Causes, totaling 4 data; 2) reinforcing causes, totaling 9 data; 3) actual causes (Precipitating Causes), totaling 14 data. The behavior shown by the character福贵Fú Guì is an ego defense mechanism, between 1) found 4 data regarding denial; 2) 5 data regarding identification; 3) 3 data regarding emotional isolation; and 4) 1 data regarding sympathy. There were 2 ways the character福贵Fú Guì overcame the post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) he was experiencing, namely 1) 1 data regarding behavioral therapy; 2) 1 data regarding cognitive therapy.
