Aktivitas belajar dan mengajar ialah suatu proses yang ditandai dengan adanya perubahan kemampuan yang ada pada diri siswa. Pengamatan yang dilakukan pada pra penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar kelas X BDP 3 SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya mata pelajaran perencanaan bisnis belum mencapai nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pelaksanaan tindakan sebanyak 2 siklus, yang pada tiap siklusmya terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, angket dan dokumentasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah kelas X BDP 3 SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya sebanyak 36 siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I aktivitas guru memperoleh prosentase sebesar 2,85 dengan kriteria “Baik” dan pada siklus II meningkat dan memperoleh prosentase sebesar 3,30 dengan kriteria “Baik”. Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I memperoleh prosentase sebesar 2,92 dengan kriteria “Baik” dan meningkat pada siklus II yaitu dengan perolehan prosentase sebesar 3,55 dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”. Hasil belajar yang didapat oleh siswa memperoleh ketuntasan secara keseluruhan sebesar 88,9%. Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran problem based learning memperoleh kriteria “Sangat Positif”. Maka dari hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran perencanaan bisnis kelas X BDP 3 SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.

The activity of learning and teaching is a process that chacacterized by the presence of changes in the capacity that is within students. The observation held on pre research shows that study results of class X online business and marketing 3 on the subject of business planning unable to reach the minimum teaching and learning. This study attempts to improve learning outcomes learners through the application of problem based learning. This research using the methodology Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the action by two cycles, and each cycle consisted of for stages namely planning, application, observation and refrection. The method used in this study is observation, test, questionnaire, and documentation. The subject of ten-three grade of online business and marketing at state Vocational High School 10 of Surabaya as many as 36 students. Whereas the object of this study is the application problem based learning.
The result of application of problem based learning, show the first cycle teacher have a precentage activity 2,86 with the criteria “Good” and the second cycle increased and obtained a percentage of 3,33 with the criteria “Good”. The activity of students in the first cycle obtained a percentage of 2,93 with the criteria of “Good” and increased in the second cycle, namely the acquisition of a percentage of 3,54 with the criteria of “Very Good”. Learning outcomes obtained by students obtain overall completeness of 88,9%. Students responses to problem based learning obtain the criteria “Very Positive”. The conclution of the study was the implementing problem based learning result on business planning business material at ten-three grade of online business and marketing at state Vocational High School 10 of Surabaya
