KELAYAKAN BAHAN MOTIVASI PESERTA DIDIK (BMPD) UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN KIMIA SMA KELAS XII SEMESTER I
THE FEASIBILITY OF STUDENT MOTIVATION MATERIAL FOR CHEMISTRY LEARNING IN HIGH SCHOOL CLASS XII FIRST SEMESTER
The purpose of this research is to produce Student Motivation Materials (BMPD) that are suitable for use as teaching materials in learning chemistry class XII first semester. The development method used is the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) according to Branch with the research objective, namely the developed BMPD. The evaluation stage includes the formative evaluation and summative evaluation sub-stages. In this research, the development of BMPD is limited to the formative evaluation stage. The eligibility criteria for BMPD are reviewed based on the content validity and construct validity obtained from the BMPD validation results by three expert judgement, as well as the practicality and effectiveness obtained from the results of the assessment on the teacher response questionnaire. All data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the research concluded that all BMPD (other than BMPD 1, BMPD 5, and BMPD 6) met the eligibility requirements. Each motivating indicator at 12 BMPD scores with mode (Mo) of at least 4 in the score range 1-5 and the percentage of agreement between validators above 75%. All BMPD are declared to meet the requirements for practicality and effectiveness because each indicator gets a score with mode (Mo) of at least 3 in the score range 1-4 and the level of understanding between respondents is above 75%.
