Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan bahan ajar, mengukur kelayakan bahan ajar, dan evaluasi dari peserta didik terhadap bahan ajar e-book berbantuan kvisoft flipbook maker pada mata pelajaran OTK Humas & Keprotokolan kelas XI OTKP di SMKN 1 Jombang yang telah dikembangkan peneliti. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan, dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D, yaitu terdiri dari pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develope), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 peserta didik kelas XI OTKP 2 SMKN 1 Jombang. Bahan ajar e-book ini divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli kegrafikan, serta evaluasi peserta didik diadaptasi dari BSNP tahun 2014 dengan skala penilaian likert dan guttman.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan pengembangan bahan ajar e-book tersebut menggunakan bantuan aplikasi kvisoft flipbook maker yang berisi teks, audio, dan video yang menarik peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu keseluruhan validasi ahli menunjukkan sebesar 95,08% dengan interpretasi “sangat kuat” dan hasil persentase dari evaluasi peserta didik mendapat 97,66% dengan interpretasi “sangat kuat”. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar e-book berbantuan kvisoft flipbook maker pada mata pelajaran OTK Humas & Keprotokolan yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan di kelas XI OTKP SMKN 1 Jombang.

This research aims to analyze the development of teaching materials, measure the feasibility of teaching materials, and evaluations of students on e-book teaching materials assisted by Kvisoft Flipbook Maker in OTK PR & Protocol class XI OTKP subjects in SMK 1 Jombang that researchers have developed. This research is a development research, using a 4-D development model, which consists of defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The research subjects were 20 students of the XI OTKP 2 class of SMK 1 Jombang. This e-book teaching material was validated by material experts, linguists, and experts in graffiti, and student evaluations were adapted from the BSNP 2014 with the Likert and Guttman rating scales.
The results of the study state that the development of e-book teaching materials uses the help of the kvisoft flipbook maker application that contains text, audio, and video that attracts students in the learning process. In addition, the overall expert validation showed 95.08% with a "very strong" interpretation and the results of the percentage of student evaluations got 97.66% with a "very strong" interpretation. So that it can be concluded that the teaching materials assisted by kvisoft flipbook maker on OTK PR & Protocol subjects that have been developed are appropriate to be used in the XI OTKP class at SMK 1 Jombang.
