Penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran Kartu Kuartet dipilih karena dalam keterampilan menulis narasi materi Bahasa Indoneis belum maksimal menggunakan media pembelajaran. Penelitian pengembangan media Kartu Kuartet ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses pengembangan media Kartu Kuartet dan mengetahui kualitas media yang digunakan sebagai media pemelajaran bahasa Indonesia khususnya materi menulis narasi sugestif kelas V sekolah dasar.
Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahap. Adapun tahapannya yaitu: (1) Analysis (2) Design (3) Development (4) Implementation (5) Evaluation. Subjek uji coba media yaitu 10 siswa kelas kec il dan 25 siswa kelas besar. Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar validasi materi, lembar validasi media, lembar angket guru dan lembar angket siswa dan tes menulis narasi sugestif.
Hasil validasi media pembelajaran Kartu Kurtet yaitu 90% validasi media dan 91% dari hasil validasi materi, kategori masing-masing validasi dinyatakan layak atau valid. Tanggapan yang diberikan siswa dari hasil angket siswa sebesar 92,28%, sedangkan hasil angket pengamat atau guru sebesar 87,5%. Persentase hasil nilai siswa pada uji coba kelas kecil sebanyak 81,5% dan kelas besar sebanyak 85, 08%. Dari hasil angket guru dan angket siswa dinyatakan bahwa media Kartu Kuartet layak, sedangkan dari hasil tulisan siswa menunjukkan bahwa media Kartu Kuartet berkualitas untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Keterampilan menulis narasi sugestif pada siswa kelas V sekolah dasar.

Research on the development of Quartet Card learning media was chosen because the writing skills of the Indoneis Language material narrative have not maximally used learning media. The research on the development of the Quartet Card aims to: (1) Know the process of developing the "Quartet Card" media that can be used as an Indonesian language learning media, especially writing materials for grade V suggestive narratives in elementary schools. (2) Knowing the quality of the "Quartet Card" learning media in the fifth grade of elementary school.
This type of research is development research with the ADDIE model which has 5 stages. The stages are: (1) Analysis (2) Design (3) Development (4) Implementation (5) Evaluation. Determination of the quality of Quartet Card learning media is based on the results of validation from design and media experts, questionnaires on the results of student trials and teacher questionnaires. The subjects of the media trial were 10 small class students and 25 large class students. Instruments for collecting data using material validation, media validation, teacher questionnaires and student questionnaires.
The results showed that the quality of the Quartet Card media products. The results of the validation of the Kurtet Card learning media are 90% media validation and 91% of the material validation results, each validation category is declared feasible or valid. The responses given by students from the results of student questionnaires amounted to 92.28%, while the results of observers or teacher questionnaires amounted to 87.5%. From the results of the teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire, it was stated that the media of Quartet Cards were feasible and of high quality to be used in learning media.
