This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Semen Kediri with a population of 345 students in all concentrations of expertise. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the determination of sample measurements using the Slovin formula. The number of samples in this study was 185 respondents. The research data collection technique used a questionnaire consisting of 20 problem solving skills questionnaire items, 20 self-esteem questionnaire items and 28 self-efficacy questionnaire items. The data analysis technique used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling Least Squares (SEM-PLS).
The findings in this study prove that (1) problem solving skills have a significant effect on learning outcomes with a p value of 0.000 <0.050; (2) self-esteem has a significant effect on learning outcomes with a p value of 0.000 <0.050; (3) self-efficacy has a significant effect on learning outcomes with a p value of 0.000 <0.050; and simultaneously problem solving skills, self-esteem, and self-efficacy have a significant effect on learning outcomes with a p value of 0.000 <0.050.
