Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas, keefektifan dan kepraktisan dari LKPD praktikum pembuatan VCO untuk melatihkan Biopreneurship. Validitas LKPD diperoleh dari hasil validasi oleh ahli pendidikan, ahli materi serta guru bidang studi biologi. Keefektifan LKPD diperoleh dari hasil belajar, dan ketercapaian indikator Biopreneurship. Kepraktisan LKPD diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan aktivitas peserta didik, dan respon peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang dikembangkan adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan 4D, akan tetapi tahap penyebaran (Disseminate) tidak dilakukan. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif, yaitu analisis hasil validasi, analisis hasil belajar, analisis ketercapaian indikator Biopreneurship, analisis aktivitas peserta didik serta analisis respon peserta didik. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan terhadap 16 peserta didik kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Gedeg Mojokerto. Hasil pengembangan LKPD untuk melatihkan Biopreneurship memperoleh validitas sebesar 90,28% dengan kategori sangat layak. Keefektifan LKPD dalam melatihkan Biopreneurship ditinjau dari ketuntasan belajar peserta didik yang memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 87,26 dengan gain score kategori sedang sebesar 0,68 dan ketercapaian indikator Biopreneurship sebesar 95,16%. Kepraktisan LKPD berdasarkan hasil pengamatan aktivitas peserta didik sebesar 96,5% dan respon positif peserta didik terhadap LKPD sebesar 98,66%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut LKPD untuk melatihkan Biopreneurship dapat diaplikasikan secara umum selama pembelajaran di sekolah.

This study aims to determine the validity, effectiveness and practicality of development student’s worksheet the practice of VCO making to train Biopreneurship. The validity of the student’s worksheet is obtained from the results of validation by education experts, material experts and biology teacher. The effectiveness of student’s worksheet is obtained from learning outcomes, and achievement of Biopreneurship’s indicator. The practicality of student’s worksheet is obtained from observation of the student’s activities, and student’s responses. The type of research is development research that uses a 4D model, but the dissemination stage (Disseminate) is not carried out. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using qualitative description methods, such as analysis of the validation’s results, analysis of learning outcomes, analysis of the Biopreneurship indicator’s achievement, analysis of student’s activities and analysis of student’s responses. A limited trial was conducted on 16 XII grade students of Gedeg Senior High School Mojokerto. The results of the student’s worksheet to train Biopreneurship gained validity amount 90.28% with a very feasible category. The effectiveness of student’s worksheet in training Biopreneurship in terms of learning completeness of students who gained an average score of 87.26 with a moderate gain score amount 0.68 and an Biopreneurship’s indicator achievement amount 95.16%. The practicality of the student’s worksheet based on student activities is 96.5% and the positive response of students to the student’s worksheet is 98.66%. Based on these results student’s worksheet to practice Biopreneurship can be applied generally during learning in school.
