PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BERBASIS ANDROID KOMPETENSI DASAR TELUR DAN HASIL OLAHANNYA BAGI SISWA SMK
ANDROID BASED MEDIA DEVELOPMENT BASIC COMPETENCIES OF EGGS AND THEIR PROCESSED PRODUCTS FOR VOCATIONAL SCHOOL STUDENTS
Tuntutan di abad 21 bahwa pendidikan diharapkan mampu menghasilkan SDM yang menguasai keterampilan dan tanggung jawab, selaras dengan itu fasilitas sekolah harus mendukung proses pembelajaran, maka diperlukan media pembelajaran yang sesuai. Hingga saat ini guru masih memakai media konvensional khususnya dibidang boga, maka media pembelajaran berbasis android bisa mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Kelayakan media, 2) Implementasi penggunaan media, 3) Efektivitas penggunaan media dilihat dari aspek pengetahuan, (4) Respon siswa pada penggunaan media. Penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4-D. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, semua data menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi validasi media dan perangkat pembelajaran, lembar angket kecuali untuk mengukur efektivitas menggunakan tes. Subyek penelitian terdiri tim ahli media dan materi sebanyak 4 validator dan 15 siswa (terbatas), materi difokuskan pada kompetensi dasar menjelaskan telur dan hasil olahannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Hasil validasi kelayakan media mendapatkan hasil 99% kategori sangat baik untuk di uji cobakan, 2) Implementasi penggunaan media tidak ada hambatan dari siswa karena terdapat kejelasan prosedur penggunaan, 3) Penggunaan media berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, dibuktikan melalui hasil belajar kognitif siswa dengan nilai signifikan dari uji t 0,00<0,005 kategori sangat baik, 4) Respon siswa dalam penggunaan media mendapatkan hasil porsentase 95% kategori sangat baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan media pembelajaran berbasis android mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran kompetensi dasar telur dan hasil olahannya di buktikan melalui hasil belajar siswa.

The demand in the 21st century that education is expected to be able to produce human resources who master skills and responsibilities, in line with that school facilities must support the learning process, so appropriate learning media are needed. Until now, teachers still use conventional media, especially in the field of culinary, so Android-based learning media can support the learning process. This study aims to determine: 1) the appropriateness of the media, 2) the implementation of media use, 3) the effectiveness of media use seen from the aspect of knowledge, (4) student responses to the use of media. Development research using the 4-D model. Data collection was carried out by observation techniques using percentage descriptive analysis, all data using the instrument validation observation sheets of media and learning tools, questionnaire sheets except for measuring the effectiveness of using tests. The research subjects consisted of a team of media and material experts as many as 4 validators and 15 students (limited), the material focused on basic competencies in explaining eggs and their processed products. The results showed: 1) The results of the media feasibility validation got 99% very good category results to be tested, 2) The implementation of media use had no obstacles from the students because there was clarity in the procedure for use, 3) The use of media had an effect on the effectiveness of learning, it was proven by the results. Students' cognitive learning with a significant value of the t test 0.00 <0.005 is very good category, 4) Student responses in the use of media get a 95% percentage of the very good category. The conclusion of this study shows that Android-based learning media can increase the effectiveness of learning the basic competencies of eggs and their processed products are proven through student learning outcomes.
