Keterampilan berpikir kritis perlu diterapkan pada proses pembelajan materi Sistem Pencernaan. Proses pembelajaran akan menjadi lebih menyenangkan jika menggunakan media pembelajaran, salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran yakni permainan edukatif. Permainan edukatif Yut Nori materi sistem pencernaan merupakan salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan perangkat permainan edukatif Yut Nori sebagai media pembelajaran untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis pada materi sistem pencernaan kelas XI SMA yang layak ditinjau dari aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas. Desain pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R & D). Instrumen yang digunakan yakni lembar validasi, lembar observasi aktivitas peserta didik, lembar angket respons peserta didik, dan lembar test. Analisis data yang pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistika deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan data yang didapat. Pengembangan permaianan edukatif Yut Nori sistem pencernaan dilakukan di Jurusan Biologi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Negeri Surabaya pada bulan September 2018-Februari 2019. Tahap ujicoba dilakukan di SMA Negeri Jogoroto Jombang pada bulan Maret 2019. Sasaran penelitian yakni peserta didik kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri Jogoroto Jombang sebanyak 20 peserta didik dengan jenis kelamin dan latar belakang akademik peserta didik dalam kondisi heterogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan permainan edukatif Yut Nori sistem pencernaan sangat layak dengan persentase kelayakan sebesar sebesar 99,3%, persentase hasil observasi keterlaksanaan aktivitas peserta didik sebesar 88,4%, persentase hasil respons positif peserta didik sebesar 98%, persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 90%, gain score sebesar 0,44, dan persentase ketuntasan indikator pembelajaran sebesar 90%.

Critical thinking skills need to be applied to the learning process of the digestive system material. The learning process will be more fun if use learning media, one of the alternative learning media is educational games. Yut Nori educative game of the digestive system topic is an alternative learning media that can be used to train students' critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to produce devices of Yut Nori educative game of the digestive system as media learning for training critical thinking skills in the digestive system materials of class XI high school that is decent in aspects of validity, practicality, and evaluation. The development design used was Research and Development (R & D). The instruments used were validation sheets, student activity observation sheets, student response questionnaire sheets, and test sheets. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical techniques carried out by describing the data obtained. The development of Yut Nori educative games of the digestive system was done in the Department of Biology, the Universitas Negeri Surabaya Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in September 2018-February 2019. The trial phase was conducted at Jogoroto Jombang Public High School in March 2019. Research targets were the students of science class XI Jombang Jogoroto Public High School were as many as 20 students with gender and academic background participants in heterogeneous conditions. The research result of Yut Nori educative game of the digestive system was very decent with a percentage of the feasibility of 99.3%, percentage of observation results of the implementation of student activities as much as 88.4%, percentage positive response from students by 98%, percentage of student learning outcomes by 90%, gain score of 0.44, and percentage completeness of learning indicators by 90%.
