Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pengajuan dan Persetujuan Cuti Karyawan Menggunakan Metode WASPAS Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus Perusahan X)
Design and Build an Information System for Employee Leave Submission and Approval Using the Website-Based WASPAS Method (Case Study of Company X)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengajuan dan persetujuan cuti karyawan berbasis website serta mengimplementasikan metode WASPAS (Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assesment) dalam menghitung nilai akhir keputusan pemberian cuti berdasarkan bobot kriteria di Perusahaan X untuk memudahkan karyawan dalam proses pengajuan cuti secara terstruktur dan efisien untuk memudahkan Manager dalam mempertimbangkan dan memberikan persetujuan cuti karyawan, mengelola dan memproses pengajuan cuti yang sudah diajukan.
Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan langkah yaitu requirement planning, user design, contruction, dan cutover. Selain itu dilakukan perhitungan WASPAS secara manual sebagai acuan hasil perhitungan dalam pengembangan sistem. Sedangkan dalam melakukan pengujian terhadap website yang telah dibangun digunakan metode pengujian Blackbox. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa sistem yang telah dibangun tidak memiliki kesalahan yang dapat mempengaruhi fungsional sistem tersebut.
Hasil perhitungan dengan metode WASPAS secara manual didapatkan nilai akhir dimulai dengan yang tertinggi yaitu : 1.00, 0.82, 0.76, 0.62, dan 0.45. sedangkan hasil yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan website pengajuan cuti yaitu : 1.00, 0.82, 0.76, 0.62, dan 0.45. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil yang didapatkan melalui perhitungan manual dan perhitungan melalui website telah sesuai.

The purpose of this study is to design and build a website-based employee leave submission and approval information system and implement the WASPAS (Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assesment) method in calculating the final value as a consideration in making leave granting decisions based on the weight of criteria in Company X to facilitate employees in the process of applying for leave in a structured and efficient manner to facilitate Managers in considering and providing Approval of employee leave, manage and process leave applications that have been submitted.
The development method used in this study is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with steps namely requirement planning, user design, construction, and cutover. In addition, manual WASPAS calculations are carried out as a reference for calculation results in system development. Meanwhile, in testing the website that has been built, the Blackbox testing method is used. The test is carried out to ensure that the system or website that has been built does not have errors that can affect the functionality of the system.
The calculation results with the WASPAS method manually obtained the final value starting with the highest, namely: 1.00, 0.82, 0.76, 0.62, and 0.45. While the results obtained by using the leave application website are: 1.00, 0.82, 0.76, 0.62, and 0.45. So it can be concluded that the results obtained through manual calculations and calculations through the system are appropriate.
