Rencanan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) harus memunculkan empat aspek, diantaranya; PPK, Literasi, 4C, dan HOTS sehingga perlu kreatifitas guru dalam menyusunnya. Penyusunan RPP dilengkapi dengan komptensi inti dan kompetensi dasar yang diatur pada permendikbud nomor 24 Tahun 2016 serta permendikbud nomor 20, 21, 22, 23 tahun 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kesesuaian kelengkapan komponen dan isi RPP biologi SMA kelas X, mendeskripsikan kesesuaian indikator pencapaian kompetensi dengan penilaian pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta menghasilkan RPP biologi SMA kelas X yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Sidoarjo pada tiga sekolah, di bulan Mei-Agustus 2018. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil analisis menunjukan kesesuaian kelengkapan komponen RPP sebesar 86.46% termasuk dalam kategori sesuai berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Sedangkan hasil analisis kesesuaian isi RPP sebesar 69.3% termasuk dalam kategori kurang sesuai berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Kesesuaian indikator pencapaian kompetensi dengan penilaian pengetahuan sebesar 28.7% termasuk dalam kategori kurang sesuai. Kesesuaian indikator pencapaian kompetensi dengan penilaian keterampilan sebesar 32.8% termasuk dalam kategori kurang sesuai. RPP biologi SMA kelas X yang dikembangkan peneliti divalidasi dengan kriteria sesuai berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013.

The lesson plan must bring up four aspects including; PPK, Literacy, 4C, and HOTS so it needs teacher creativity in making it work. Preparation of lesson plan is complemented by core competence and basic competence set by the Minister of Education and Culture number 24 of 2016 and Minister of Education and Culture number 20, 21, 22, 23 of 2016. The purpose of this research is to describe the completeness components and contents suitability of lesson plans in 10th grade of senior high school, to describe the suitability of knowledge and skills assessment to lesson indicators and produce lesson plans in 10th grade of senior high school. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data research are collected from three school in Sidoarjo regency, start from May until August 2018. Data was collected through documentation techniques and questionnaires. The results of this research showed that the completeness components suitability of lesson plans have 86.46% which is included in the appropriate criteria. The completeness contents suitability of lesson plans have 69.3% which is included in the inappropriate criteria. The suitability of knowledge assessment to lesson indicators have 28.7% which is included in the inappropriate criteria. The suitability of skills assessment to lesson indicators have 32.8% which is included in the inappropriate criteria. Lesson plans in 10th grade of senior high school of made by researchers validated with appropriate criteria.
