This research aims to find out 1) the process of creating batik motifs using the stilation technique, 2) the results of the stilation motifs applied to batik cloth, and 3) the public response to the finished batik carica motif. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The method used is the Double Diamond Model which consists of 4 stages, namely: discover (finding the peculiarities of the carica plant and the characteristics of the carica motif batik), define (summarizing the findings in the form of a moodboard as a basis for making designs), develop (realizing ideas by making batik stilations and designs using the carica plant as a source of ideas and selecting the best designs to design experts and batik experts to be realized in the form of batik cloth), and deliver (production of carica motif batik cloth, assessment of finished products, and distributing questionnaires to find out the public's response to the finished carica motif batik cloth). Data collection was carried out using observation sheets and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is average. This research resulted in a description of the process of creating carica batik motifs that produced motifs with stilations of carica leaves and carica fruit combined with geometric shapes, new innovations in the form of carica motif batik cloth, and responses from Wonosobo and surrounding communities regarding carica motif batik cloth are classified as good, as evidenced by the mean value obtained which is 3.6.
