PENGARUH PEMBERDAYAAN KELOMPOK WANITA TANI (KWT) SERUNI 

TERHADAP PENINGKATAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DIDESA NGANCAR 

KECAMATAN PLAOSAN KABUPATEN MAGETAN

THE EFFECT OF SERUNI FARMER GROUP (KWT) ON IMPROVING COMMUNITY 

ECONOMIES IN NGANCAR VILLAGE, PLAOSAN DISTRICT, MAGETAN DISTRICT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani 

(kwt) seruni terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Ngancar Kecamatan Plaosan 

Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. 

Penelitian ini berlokasi di Desa Ngancar, RT/RW 13/02, Kecamatan Plaosan Kabupaten 

Magetan.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian inimenggunakan angket dan observasi 

dengan responden sejumlah 67 orang.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data uji 

prasyarat analisis dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisi data dari 

ketentuan syarat uji klasik normalitas, hasil pengujian kolmogrov smirnov nilai sebesar 0,631.

Hasil Uji cronbach aplha dinyatakan valid dengan hasil sebesar 0,6 sebagai batas minimum 

keandalan suatu instrumen penelitian. Hasil uji linieritas menggunakan uji f mengindikasikan 

terpenuhinya syarat linier dengan signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Hasil uji regresi linier 

sederhana menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis H1 diterima dengan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 

0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani (kwt) seruni

berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat.Hasil analisis determinasi R² 

mengukur variabel pemberdayaan berpengaruh sebesar 60,2% terhadap peningkatan ekonomi 

masyatakat. Maknanya semakin tinggi upaya pemberdayaan akan semakin tinggi pula 

peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat.

This study aims to determine the effect of empowering the women's farming group (kwt) of 

Chrysanthemum on improving the community's economy in Ngancar Village, Plaosan District, 

Magetan Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type.This 

research is located in Ngancar Village, RT/RW 13/02, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. Data 

collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire and observation with a total of 67 

respondents. This study uses data analysis techniques prerequisite test analysis and simple 

linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis from the classical normality test 

requirements, the Kolmogrov Smirnov test results have a value of 0.631. The results of the 

Cronbach aplha test were declared valid with a result of 0.6 as the minimum limit for the 

reliability of a research instrument. The results of the linearity test using the f test indicate the 

fulfillment of linear requirements with a significance of less than 0.05. The results of the simple 

linear regression test show that the H1 hypothesis is accepted with a significance value of less 

than 0.05. It can be concluded that the variable empowerment of women farming groups (kwt) 

of Chrysanthemum has an effect on increasing the community's economy. The results of the R² 

determination analysis measure that the empowerment variable has an effect of 60.2% on 

increasing the community's economy. This means that the higher the empowerment effort, the 

higher the community's economic improvement.
