ABSTRAK
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE VILLAGE FUND DIRECT
CASH ASSISTANCE (BLT)
PROGRAM IN SUMBERGEDE VILLAGE,
KEPOHBARU DISTRICT, BOJONEGORO REGENCY
As the country develops, Indonesia faces a
common problem, namely poverty. In addition, the country has experienced the
negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which has disrupted various aspects of
life, including social, economic, educational and cultural activities. The
government has implemented programs to overcome this problem, one of which is
Direct Cash Assistance or what is known as BLT. Assessing program effectiveness
is an important step in assessing how well a program is functioning and its
ability to achieve its goals. Several main indicators become benchmarks for
measuring program effectiveness.
This research examines the effectiveness of
the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) Program in Sumbergede Village,
located in Kepohbaru District, Bojonegoro Regency. The research used is
descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data analysis consists of
stages such as data collection, interviews, and documentation. On the other
hand, data collection consists of stages such as information gathering, data
reduction, data display, and final analysis.
According to the results of this research,
the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program in Sumbergede Village,
Kepohbaru District, Bojonegoro Regency, is considered effective. Five key
indicators support this conclusion: program understanding, suitability for
objectives, timeliness, achievement of objectives, and real positive change in
society..
