Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sarana prasarana dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Farmasi Surabaya dan SMK Al-Irsyad Surabaya, baik itu secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 188 responden diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling yang terdiri dari 128 siswa SMK Farmasi Surabaya kelas 12 dan 60 siswa SMK Al-Irsyad Surabaya kelas 12. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan bantuan program spss v.21.0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara parsial antara sarana prasarana terhadap prestasi belajar siswa negatif signifikan, baik itu di SMK Farmasi Surabaya sebesar -2,033 < -1,979 maupun di SMK Al-Irsyad Surabaya sebesar -2,132 < -2,002 dan secara pasrsial antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa negatif signifikan di SMK Farmasi Surabaya sebesar -1,987 < -1,979 dan positif signifikan di SMK Al-Irsyad Surabaya sebesar 2,227 > 2,002. Uji secara simultan juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara sarana prasarana dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa baik di SMK Farmasi Surabaya sebesar 16,3% dan di SMK Al-Irsyad Surabaya sebesar 12,6%.

The research was conducted aimed at finding out the effect of facilities and principal leadership on student learning achievement in Surabaya Pharmacy Vocational School and Al-Irsyad Vocational School Surabaya, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study amounted to 188 respondents consisting of 128 students of Surabaya Pharmacy 12th grade and 60 students of SMK Al-Irsyad Surabaya class 12. Data from the results of this study were analyzed using the help of the spss v.21.0 program.
The results showed that there was a partial effect between infrastructure on significant negative student achievement, both in Surabaya Pharmacy Vocational School amounting to -2,033<-1,979 and in Al-Irsyad Surabaya Vocational School amounting to -2,132<-2,002 and passively between the principal's leadership towards significant negative student learning achievement in Surabaya Pharmacy Vocational School amounted to -1,98<-1,979 and significantly positive at Al-Irsyad Surabaya Vocational School at 2,227>2,002. Simultaneous testing also shows that there is an influence between infrastructure and principal leadership together on student learning achievement at Surabaya Pharmacy Vocational School at 16.3% and at Al-Irsyad Vocational School Surabaya at 12.6%.
