PELATIHAN KETERAMPILAN MEMBUAT HEADPIECE UNTUK PENATAAN SANGGUL DAN HIJAB DI PONDOK PESANTREN MANBA’UL HIKAM TANGGULANGIN SIDOARJO

      Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pelatihan membuat headpiece, aktivitas peserta pelatihan, hasil keterampilan peserta pelatihan, dan respon peserta pelatihan keterampilan membuat headpiece.

Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pre experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian One Shoot Case Study. Subyek penelitian yaitu 20 santri Pondok Pesantren Manba’ul Hikam Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi keterlaksanaan pelatihan dan aktivitas peserta pelatihan, metode tes hasil keterampilan, dan metode angket respon peserta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Statistik Deskriptif Kuantitatif menggunakan rumus rata-rata untuk keterlaksanaan, persentase untuk aktivitas dan respon peserta, rata-rata untuk hasil tes keterampilan membuat headpiece.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Keterlaksanaan pelatihan membuat headpiece didapatkan nilai rata-rata 3,8 dengan kriteria sangat baik, 2) Aktifitas peserta pelatihan sebesar 94,2% dengan kriteria sangat baik, 3) Hasil membuat headpiece mendapatkan nilai rata-rata mencapai 81,01 dengan kriteria baik, dan 4) Respon peserta pelatihan Ponpes Manba’ul Hikam terhadap pelatihan, menyatakan hand out mudah dipahami, pelatihan membuat headpiece merupakan hal baru, membuat headpiece merupakan suatu keterampilan yang tidak sulit dikerjakan, metode demonstrasi dapat membantu dalam melakukan praktik, pelatih menyampaikan materi dengan baik dan mudah dipahami, dengan rata-rata 93% dalam kategori sangat baik.

ABSTRACT

SKILL TRAINING FOR MAKING A HEADPIECE FOR STRUCTURING BUN AN HIJAB AT ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOLS MANBA’UL HIKAM TANGGULANGIN SIDOARJO

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the management of training in making a headpiece, the activities of the trainees, the results of tests on the skills of the trainees, and the responses of the headpiece skills training participants.

Type of this study were pre experimental design with one shoot case study design. The subject of this study were 20 santri boarding schools in Manba’ul Hikam Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Data collected by observing, test, and questionaire method. Data analysis technique used were statistic deskriptif kualitatif using formulas the average for training management, the percentage for the activity and response participants , the average for the results of the skill test for making a headpiece.

The result of this study showed that 1) the implementation of management training in making a headpiece obtained an average value of 3,8 with very good criteria, 2) The percentage score aimed from activity of the participants were 94,2%, 3) The average score of participant skill 81,01 and 4) Response santri Manbaul Hikam of training , said hand out understandable , training make a headpiece was something new, make a headpiece is a skill that is not hard work, the demonstration can help to practice, coach given the lectures well and comprehensible , were 93% in a category very good.
