Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan sikap disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kecamatan Genteng, Kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-kausal. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden karyawan OPD Kecamatan Genteng dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 22 sampel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. 

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (2) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (3) Sikap disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Implikasi penelitian ini merekomendasikan perbaikan sistem penghargaan, penguatan budaya kerja kolaboratif, dan kebijakan disiplin yang jelas untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, leadership style, and work discipline attitude on employee job satisfaction in the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Genteng District, Surabaya City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-causal design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to  OPD employees using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS. 

The results of the study show that: (1) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect (3) Work discipline attitude has a positive and significant effect. The implications of this study recommend improving the reward system, strengthening a collaborative work culture, and clear disciplinary policies to improve employee job satisfaction.
