ANALYSIS OF THE
INFLUENCE OF WORK CULTURE, LEADERSHIP STYLE, AND WORK DISCIPLINE
ATTITUDE ON EMPLOYEE JOB

This study aims to analyze the influence
of work culture, leadership style, and work discipline attitude on employee job
satisfaction in the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Genteng District,
Surabaya City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a
descriptive-causal design. Data were collected through questionnaires
distributed to OPD employees using
purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple
regression analysis with SPSS.
The results of the study show that: (1)
Work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2)
Leadership style has a positive and significant effect (3) Work discipline
attitude has a positive and significant effect. The implications of this study
recommend improving the reward system, strengthening a collaborative work
culture, and clear disciplinary policies to improve employee job satisfaction.
