Keterampilan menulis merupakan sarana yang penting bagipendidikan karena menulis memudahkan siswa dalam menuangkan fikiran dan memecahkan masalah dalam bentuk tulisan. Berdasarkanhasil observasi pada siswa kelas V SDN Kampung Dalem 6 Kediri ditemukan bahwa keterampilan menulis ringkasan masih rendah. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut maka digunakan strategi pembelajaran Everyone Is Teacher Here dalam pembelajaran menulis ringkasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui strategi Everyone Is Teacher Here, hasil belajar siswa, dan kendala-kendala yang terjadi serta cara mengatasinya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan catatan lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan menerjemahkan pengamatan,tes, dan catatan lapangan. Keterlaksanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis ringkasan pada siklus I mencapai 96,5% dan siklus II mencapai 100%. Ketercapaian pembelajaran menulis ringkasan pada siklus I mencapai 86,8 dan siklus II mencapai 98,2. Nilai rata-rata siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I sebesar 83 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 92,8. Persentase ketuntasan belajar siklus I sebesar 80% menjadi 93% pada siklus II. Kendalakendala yang terjadi dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan menulis ringkasan yaitu : (1) guru kurang bisa mengelola waktu, (2) ada beberapa langkah pembelajaran yang belum sesuai dilakukan guru, (3) ada siswa yang tidak mau berdiskusi, (4) beberapa siswa lakilakimembuat gaduh. Dalam pelaksanaan aspek-aspek pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatan keterampilan menulis ringkasan melalui strategi pembelajaran Everyone Is Teacher Here dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis ringkasan siswa kelas V SDN Kampung Dalem 6 Kediri. Penelitian ini dapat dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran menulis ringkasan.Kata Kunci: strategi Everyone Is Teacher Here, keterampilan menulis ringkasan.
Writing skill is important in the education issue since it makes the students ease to express their thoughts and solve their ptoblems in the written form. Based on the result of the observations in fifth grade students of SDN Kampung Dalem 6 Kediri, it was found that the students summary writing skill was law. Therefore, the researcher tried to use a strategy called “Everyone Is Teacher Here” to teach the students to write a summary.this study was aimed to describe the implementation of a learning ptocess using “Everyone Is Teacher Here” strategy, the students learning outcomes, and the problem solving that occur. The types of the present research was Classroom Action Research which was carried out collaboratively. The researcher obtained the data through observations, tests, and field notes. Moreover, this research used analysis technique by translating the tests result and field notes. The implementation of learning to write a summary in cycle I reached 96,5% and in the cycle II reached 100%. Furthermore, the resulty of learning to write summary in the first cycle reached 86,8 and the second cycle reached 98,2. The average score of the student who completed the first cycle was 83 and in the second cycle increased up to 92,8. So, the percentage of the mastery in the cycle aia was 80%, and it changed into93% in cycle II. From the result, the researcher found some obstacles or problems that existed, those were : (1) Teacher were not able to manage the time, (2) there more some learning steps that were not oppropriate done by the teacher, (3) there were some students who did not want to have discussion, and (4) some student, especially for boys, messed up the class. In conclusion, the implementation of “Everyone Is Teacher Here” strategy can improve the ability of the fifth graders in the SDN Kampung Dalem 6 Kediri to write a summary.
