ANALISIS MODEL TAM, E-LEARNING READINESS DAN SELF EFFICACY PADA MAHASISWA DALAM MENGGUNAKAN E-LEARNING
ANALYSIS OF THE TAM MODEL, E-LEARNING READINESS AND SELF EFFICACY IN STUDENTS USING E-LEARNING
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara E-learning Readiness terhadap Student e-learning satisfaction mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara Self-efficacy terhadap Student E-learning Satisfaction, menganalisis pengaruh antara Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Student E-learning Satisfaction, menganalisis pengaruh antara Perceived Usefulness terhadap Student E-learning Satisfaction, dan menganalisis pengaruh antara Student E-learning Satisfaction terhadap E-learning Usage pada mahasiswa JPE 2019 di Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Surabaya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan model TAM yaitu Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), serta menggunakan variabel Self efficacy, E-learning Readiness, E-learning Usage, dan Student E-learning Satisfaction.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian ini juga menggunakan jenis pendekatan explanatory. Metode Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis non probability sampling dengan teknik Purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi di Universitas Negeri Surabaya tahun 2019 sejumlah 218 orang. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 120 orang. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Generalized Structured Component Analysis (SEM-GSCA).
Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-learning Readiness tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap E-learning Satisfaction, Self efficacy tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap E-learning Satisfaction, Perceived Ease Of Use tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap E-learning Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap E-learning Satisfaction, dan E-learning Satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap E-learning Usage.

This study aims to analyze the effect of E-learning Readiness on Student e-learning satisfaction to know that there is an influence between Self-efficacy on Student E-learning Satisfaction, analyze the influence between Perceived Ease of Use on Student E-learning Satisfaction, analyze the influence between Perceived Usefulness on Student E-learning Satisfaction, and analyzing the effect of Student E-learning Satisfaction on E-learning Usage for JPE 2019 Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Surabaya. This study uses the TAM model, namely Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), and uses the variables Self efficacy, E-learning Readiness, E-learning Usage, and Student E-learning Satisfaction.
This research uses a type of quantitative research, this research also uses an explanatory approach. Sampling methods in this study used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this research is Economics Education Students at Surabaya State University in 2019 with a total of 218 people. The sample used amounted to 120 people. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling-Generalized Structured Component Analysis (SEM-GSCA).
The results of this study can be concluded that E-learning Readiness has no significant positive effect on E-learning Satisfaction, Self efficacy has no significant positive effect on E-learning Satisfaction, Perceived Ease Of Use has no significant positive effect on E-learning Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness has an effect significant positive effect on E-learning Satisfaction, and E-learning Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on E-learning Usage.
