Penerapan Model Latihan Bodyweight Training Terhadap Performa Fisik Atlet Muda
Performa fisik merupakan faktor utama dalam pencapaian prestasi atlet muda. Latihan yang terstruktur sejak dini tidak hanya meningkatkan kebugaran fisik tetapi juga mengurangi resiko cedera serta mendukung koordinasi motorik. Bola basket sebagai olahraga yang menuntut kecepatan, kekuatan, daya tahan, dan kelincahan memerlukan kondisi fisik optimal agar atlet dapat bermain secara maksimal.
Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh bodyweight training terhadap kondisi fisik atlet muda, khususnya dalam meningkatkan keseimbangan, koordinasi, kekuatan otot lengan dan perut, serta explosive power. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen semu, dimana program latihan diterapkan pada atlet CLS Academy KU 14 Putra.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada berbagai aspek fisik atlet setelah mengikuti program latihan. Hasil post-test lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test, menunjukkan efektivitas latihan dalam meningkatkan keseimbangan, koordinasi, kekuatan otot, dan explosive power. Selain itu, indeks kepuasan atlet terhadap program latihan mencapai kategori sangat puas. Atlet merasa program latihan ini efektif, meningkatkan motivasi, serta memberikan manfaat psikologis dan fisik yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, bodyweight training dapat dijadikan metode latihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan performa fisik atlet muda dalam cabang olahraga bola basket.

Physical performance is a major factor in the achievement of young athletes. Structured training from an early age not only improves physical fitness but also reduces the risk of injury and supports motor coordination. Basketball as a sport that demands speed, strength, endurance, and agility requires optimal physical condition so that athletes can play optimally.
This study analyzes the effect of bodyweight training on the physical condition of young athletes, especially in improving balance, coordination, arm and abdominal muscle strength, and explosive power. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a quasi-experimental approach, where the training program was applied to CLS Academy KU 14 Putra athletes.
The results of the study showed a significant increase in various physical aspects of athletes after following the training program. The post-test results were higher than the pre-test, indicating the effectiveness of training in improving balance, coordination, muscle strength, and explosive power. In addition, the athlete satisfaction index with the training program reached the very satisfied category. Athletes feel that this training program is effective, increases motivation, and provides significant psychological and physical benefits. Thus, bodyweight training can be used as an effective training method to improve the physical performance of young athletes in the sport of basketball.
