DENGAN KEBIASAAN MAKAN REMAJA KELAS 12
SMA NEGERI 1 TARIK DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE OF HEALTHY
DIET WITH EATING HABITS OF 12TH GRADE
ADOLESCENTS OF SMA NEGERI 1 TARIK DURING THE
COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Masa pandemi Covid-19 dianjurkan untuk menerapkan
pola makan sehat guna menjaga daya tahan tubuh. Kebiasaan
makan seorang remaja kelas 12 SMA banyak dipengaruhi dari
beberapa faktor salah satunya dari pengetahuan. Tujuan
penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat pengetahuan
tentang pola makan sehat remaja kelas 12 SMA Negeri 1 Tarik
Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur di masa pandemi Covid-19, (2)
kebiasaan makan remaja kelas 12 SMA Negeri 1 Tarik Kabupaten
Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan (3)
hubungan pengetahuan tentang pola makan sehat dan kebiasaan
makan remaja kelas 12 SMA Negeri 1 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo,
Jawa Timur di masa pandemi Covid-19.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif waktu
penelitian pada bulan Juli 2021 sampai bulan Februari tahun 2022
dengan populasi 340 serta untuk sampel penelitian sebanyak 85
responden. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik
simple random sampling. Penggumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan tes dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Chi-Square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengetahuan
pola makan sehat kelas XII SMAN 1 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo,
Jawa Timur yang masuk kategori baik sebesar 55 responden
kategori cukup sebanyak 29 responden dan pada kategori kurang
sebesar 1 responden;(2) kebiasaan makan kelas XII SMAN 1 Tarik
Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur yang masuk dalam kategori
baik sejumlah 25 responden, kategori cukup berjumlah 42 dan
kategori baik sebesar 18 responden;(3) tidak terdapat hubungan
pengetahuan pola makan sehat dengan kebiasaan makan remaja
kelas 12 SMA Negeri SMA Negeri 1 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo,
Jawa Timur di masa pandemi covid-19.

During the Covid-19 pandemic it was recommended to
adopt a healthy diet to maintain endurance. The eating habits of a
12th grade high school teenager are heavily influenced by several
factors, one of which is knowledge. The aims of this study were to
determine (1) level of knowledge about healthy eating patterns of
12th grade adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Tarik, Sidoajo Regency,
East Java during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) eating habits of
adolescents from grade 12 SMA Negeri 1 Tarik, Sidoarjo Regency
, East Java during the Covid-19 pandemic and (3) relationship
between knowledge about healthy eating patterns and the eating
habits of grade 12 adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Tarik Sidoarjo
Regency, East Java during the Covid-19 pandemic.
This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the
research time was from July 2021 to February 2022 with a
population of 340 and for a research sample of 85 respondents.
Sampling research using simple random sampling technique. Data collection in this study used tests and questionnaires. The research analysis technique used was Chi-Square.
The results showed that: (1) knowledge of healthy eating
patterns for class XII SMAN 1 Tarik, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java,
55 respondents were in the good category, 29 respondents were
in the sufficient category and 1 respondent was in the poor
category; (2) eating habits in class XII SMAN 1 Tarik Sidoarjo
Regency, East Java who were in the good category were 25
respondents, the sufficient category was 42 and the good category
was 18 respondents; (3) there was no relationship between
knowledge of healthy eating patterns and eating habits of 12th
grade adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Tarik Regency Sidoarjo, East
Java, during the Covid-19 pandemic.
