PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT-BASED LEARNING TERHADAP
MINAT BELAJAR SISWA JENJANG SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS
SE-KECAMATAN MOJOAGUNG
THE EFFECT OF PROJECT-BASED LEARNING MODEL ON LEARNING INTEREST AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL LEVEL
IN MOJOAGUNG DISTRICT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menujukkan pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Project-Based Learning
(PjBL) terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek
penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 11−12 sekolah menengah atas di Kecamatan Mojoagung, Jombang, Jawa Timur.
Pemilihan subjek dilakukan dengan metode random sampling sebanyak 100 siswa sebagai responden. Data berupa
respons subjek yang diperoleh dengan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner
sebagai instrumen penelitian yang berisi pernyataan dan diukur dengan Skala Likert, serta teknik dokumentasi. Analisis
data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji Kendall Tau. Uji validitas menunjukkan
kevalidan angket dengan corrected item total correction dan reliabel berdasarkan uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s
Alpha. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa data terdistribusi normal berdasarkan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Pada uji
linearitas, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kedua variabel menunjukkan nilai linear. Sementara itu,
uji Kendall Tau menghasilkan nilai koefisien korelasi product moment sebesar 0,443 dengan kategori sedang. Hal tersebut
diartikan bahwa H0 ditolak, sedangkan H1 diterima. Maka, simpulan penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran Project-
Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa sekolah menengah atas di Kecamatan Mojoagung pada mata
pelajaran sejarah.

This research aims to show the influence of the application of the Project-Based Learning model (PjBL) to the
learning interest of the students in the subjects of history. This research is quantitative research. The subject of this
research is the students of grade 11−12 high school in Kecamatan Mojoagung, Jombang, East Java. The selection of
subject conducted with the method of random sampling as many as 100 students as the respondents. Data in the form of
a response of the subject obtained by the survey method. The technique of data collection was done using questionnaire
as the research instrument contains a statement and is measured with a Likert Scale, and documentation techniques.
Analysis of the data includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, and test provided by Kendall Tau.
The validity of the test shows the validity of the questionnaire with the corrected item total correction and reliable based
on the reliability test with Cronbach's Alpha. The results of the analysis also show that the data are normally distributed
based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. On a test of linearity, it is known that there is a significant relationship between
the two variables show value linear. Meanwhile, the test provided by Kendall Tau produced the value of the coefficient
of correlation product moment at 0.443 with the medium category. It means that H0 is rejected, while H1 is accepted.
Then, the conclusion of this research is the Project-Based Learning model affect the interest of learning of high school
students in Kecamatan Mojoagung on the subjects of history.
