Pengembangan Buku Panduan Program Pelatihan Parenting Sibling Rivalry Bagi Orang Tua Anak Usia Dini
Development of the Sibling Rivalry Parenting Training Program Guidebook for Parents of Early Childhood
Banyaknya saudara kandung memiliki pengaruh tersendiri terhadap perkembangan anak dan menjadi pemicu pertengkaran serta persaingan antara saudara kandung. Hal ini memungkinkan terjadinya stress dan kecemasan pada diri anak. Persaingan antar saudara ini disebut dengan sibling rivalry. Penerapan pola asuh (parenting) orang tua yang diterapkan di rumah memberi pengaruh pada kehidupan individu anak dalam perkembangan anak usia dini. Tujuan pengembangan pelatihan sibling rivalry yaitu untuk mengetahui kelayakan buku panduan program pelatihan parenting sibling rivalry terhadap orang tua yang memiliki anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Reseacrh and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Kelayakan produk didasarkan pada hasil penilaian ahli materi yaitu 3 praktisi psikologi.Teknik analisis data berupa deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan program pelatihan parenting sibling rivalry yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media memperoleh nilai pada aspek kelayakan isi 75%, kebahasaan 74%% dan penyajian 83%, dengan keseluruhan mendapatkan hasil perhitungan sebesar 79% dari ahli materi dan 74% dari ahli media. Berdasarkan hasil perolehan data menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan parenting sibling rivalry layak digunakan sebagai sumber pelatihan untuk orang tua anak usia dini, dan implikasi dari buku panduan pelatihan parenting sibling rivalry yaitu mengetahui penyebab apa terjadinya insiden sibling rivalry pada anak usia dini, dan penanganan orang tua yang tepat terhadap insiden sibling rivalry pada anak usia dini sesuai 4 jenis pelatihan (emosional, pendekatan saudara kandung, kebutuhan anak dari perkembangan anak dan orang tua yang bijak).

The number of siblings has its own influence on a child's development and is a trigger for quarrels and competition between siblings. This allows the occurrence of stress and anxiety in children. Thisis known as sibling rivalrysibling rivalry. The application of parenting that is applied at home has an influence on the individual lives of children in early childhood development. The purpose of developingtraining sibling rivalry is to determine the feasibility of the parentingtraining program manual sibling rivalry for parents who have early childhood. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The feasibility of the product is based on the results of the assessment of material experts, namely 3 psychology practitioners. The data analysis technique is in the form of qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the guidebook for the parentingtraining program sibling rivalry that had been developed based on the assessment of material experts and media experts obtained scores on the feasibility aspects of content 75%, linguistics 77%% and presentation 83%, with a total of 79% getting the calculation results from material experts. and 74% of media experts. Based on the results of the data acquisition, it shows that the parenting sibling rivalry manual is appropriate to be used as a source of training for parents of early childhood, and the implications of the parentingtraining manual sibling rivalry are knowing the causes of the incidence of sibling rivalry in early childhood, and the handling of parents who appropriate to the incidence of sibling rivalry in early childhood according to 4 types of training (emotional, sibling approach, children's needs from child development and wise parents).
